-2 scout drones w/ torpedo launchers
These ships are escort protectors for any ship assigned to them, they can lay down flak fire and rapid bolts of PlasmX to mince the fighters or destructive beams to cripple the carrier and its fleet and an oversized KEW cannon as a general offensive weapon, and scout drones to scout out enemy fleets and cripple them before you and the ship your escorting comes into range, its armour can take an reasonable amount of fire, but its speed is meant to outrun tracking systems.
