- Custom color scheme that resembles the Republic Gunship from the "CloneWars" cartoon series.
- Nose of the ship has been constructed to resemble a Rancor mouth and jaws (most people assume the ship from the cartoon had a shark mouth, but it was actually a Rancor’s mouth, similar to the one Luke destroyed beneath Jabba's Palace). I'm not sure of the tactical advantage of adding a Rancor mouth design to a fighting vehicle, especially since the Separatist battle droids can't understand fear and intimidation, but it sure looks cool and menacing!
- The side blast doors have been constructed to resemble the beveled windows and angles of the one from the cartoons and the movies. Most gunship customs (and LEGO's offical version) just use black tiles to simulate the windows, and leave the doors flat. Well - this isn't just another custom! The beveled windows and angled design of the blast doors add a new level of detail to this eye-catching model.
- This custom gunship has a working rear bay hatch that opens and closes, in addition to the movable blast doors.
- The rocket cylinders built into the wing launchers can actually spin/rotate! There are also rocket batteries tucked underneath each wing!
- Gun pods are mounted on each side near the troop transport bay, and can swivel back and forth. Each gun pod seats 1 (one) minifigure, and sports a pair of gatling-style laser weapons. The gunpods are easily added/removed from the model, should you wish to omit them for a more cartoon accurate look.
- This set includes 9 minifigures. There are 4 (four) Clone Pilot/Gunners to man the cockpit and gun pods. There are also 4 (four) Clone Trooper figures, each with a custom molded clone rifle. The last minifigure is General Obi-Wan Kenobi, clad in battle armor!
- 100% LEGO. Unlike other customs that use cheesy looking stickers, or painted LEGO pieces, this custom gunship is built entirely from actual LEGO pieces, and no stickers, paint, or glue are used/required. The only non-LEGO elements included in this set are the 4 (four) custom molded clone rifles that go with the Clone Troopers.

ive seen this on ebay for a long time and ive meant to tell u that i think your price might be a little high. however if your back ordered because so many people have been buying it and u have limited parts i might understand that, but other than that, i would by it.(if i could) |

I have to agree with those who came before, this is incredible. Whats more, it seems to be scaled correctly. The biggest downside I see is that it looks rather short, almost squished. Still, very good. |

You honestly shouldn't sell it. The turrets are pretty good, and if definitely has some nice features...although it's more of a mod, IMO. |
