this is the Cybercity public transport station
as Cybercity is nt just a lego city, it s a statement.
i made the best public transport possible, as a model to what i think it should be.
About this creation
who likes to wait for a bus or train in the cold or wind?
nobody, so the station was made to cover the users,
so that they don t suffer from the elements.
a 2nd level covers the station.

i show these pics of the station,
so that you can appreciate the base of it.

this is the front of the station building,i bought 4 lego stations,
and i used all clocks, it s such a nice prop,
it s usable everywhere!

here is the walkway,
coming from the alley between the hotel,
and the bank, note the trash can, and lights.

here, i used the clock again,
for the waiting passengers,
and also, the trans panels main buses lines, and schedule.
there are 2 color coded lines in Cybercity;
yellow; intercity
red; interstate
+ the train interstate [wich is also red]

from an angle.

view of the back side.

i have installed 4 bike racks on the station,
Cybercity is the greenest lego city ever!

but, there will be plenty of action too,
as this suggests,
the security acces to the bank-mail wagon.

by the window, we can see a bus driver in the station.

he must be looking for next week s schedule,

a close view, yeah, that s what he s doing,

overview

the luggage area,

there are 2 accesses to the building.

wait! he s no bus driver, it s a taxi driver!
guess he wants to know how much buisness he can expect,
when the train arrives.
hope he s not trying to steal luggages,
he ll end up in jail in no time!

side view with the front

side view with the back

here is the chief of the station!
he used to be an animal trainer!
guess he could nt take it anymore.
he s showing the train ticket machine,
no need to get some in the building,

naturally, he ll sell you that the train is always on time!

here is the bus ticket machines, and additional infos on the lines.

now, the train has arrived,

here is the train driver, and train security agent, [its you if you want parr!]

here, we can see the security wagon, parked at it s place,
accessible by the building s special door.

see how nobody can even come close!

it s very thight!

and the security door leads strait to the front doors.

now, with the buses, and the taxis,

this is Cybercity s total public transport s staff,
it consists of;
1 train driver
1 train security agent
1 station chief
4 bus drivers
4 taxi drivers

note that the interstate bus drivers don t share the uniform,
as they re multi-city workers.

the yellow line, has the proper uniform.

and the taxi drivers too.

now, with the 2nd level,

a lower view.

the toystore and terrasse.
i have added some greenery

added some shades and tables,
i still have to do the adjustment for the elevator though.

with the hotel, and bank.
the station is now in it s city context.

the pilot,
with the taxi helico.
i still have to build a pad for it.

the hotel associated figs;
the mayor
the judge
the maitre d hotel
the chief
his wife and aide
the waiter
the limo driver

the bank associated figs;
the bank owner [at the left]
the bank manager [i had to change the face, because, he s ment to be unlikeable]
chief of security
2 clerks
and the transport driver

peter claus and his lady and staff [toy store owner]

i m still waiting on lego to deliver the bakeries, and toy shops!
i hope, i ll get them next week.
then, i ll finish the toy store,
where the elfves will build toys for peter,

it will be much bigger!

side view of the station with the hotel.

bank-hotel alley view

public parking side view.

i still have to do the hotel s elevator s cage.

and adjust to the terrasse.

so that s Cybercity s public transport station,
with staff, vehicles, in it s city context,
i m confident that no other city has a better public transport system,
and i ve seen a lot!
i really work hard on this,
and i m happy to have achieved something unique,
i ll surely customize the yellow line buses in the future,
as they don t look good enough.

thanks andy! yeah, storing is a problem, i have buildings in the washing compartment [see my cyberlab page], the kids buildings in their room, and some on a rack in my bedroom, so we basicly live in the city, + my storage bins and the others, she copes with it, because, she s involved in the animation project, she s taking some informatic drawing courses right now,[photoshop ect.] so that we can make backgrounds and effects some day, cybercity is way more than just a lego city to look at ,or play with!

This is quite simply amazing. How do you manage to fit so much lego in your home? I would love to build my own city but I think my missus would go mad with the space it takes up. |

Great! And good to see the buildings together.
Interesting idea with the security access, and quite unusual to have a security wagon in the first place. But watch out for thieves climbing across the roof... |

Excellent job! So the hotel is finally finished, eh? Nice work on that as well, now the visitors to the city don't have to go searching for a hotel. I love the buses, the green color LEGO used was just so... ugly. I can't wait to see the entire layout put together! PS, I see you and manoxylo hiding in those costumes. |
