'Frisco' MBT
A shiny new Froggy MBT.
About this creation
In response to the demand for a 'Totally Badass Tank Thing' from frog forces, Hadron Industries began work on top-of-the-line Main Battle Tank. 11 and 1/2 years later, the 'Frisco' MBT was born. Made from the cheapest materials that could be scrounged up in the back room a week before the deadline, the Frisco is a sturdy and dependable machine that only breaks down on the first wednesday of every month and on days that include the number 9. This new machine first saw action in the Persian/Gull war in which Frog forces were called upon to act as peacekeepers between a society of Seagulls and Persian cats. The detachment commander, Commodore Winslow, decided peace could best be kept if everyone was dead, and proceeded to use his new tanks to slaughter both sides and loot the planet until it was a burned out husk of it's former glory. Since then, these all-terrain titans have been deployed mainly in conflicts against the Monkeys in the ongoing war to expand and protect the Empire of Froglaw.

The tank maintains a low profile with as many angles and pointy bits on it as possible, so that way the pilots can use it as a sort of mobile rock wall in the event of boredom on the field. In reality, it's the result of shoddy manufacturing.

From the front, the tank appears to have a face, so that the enemy is suitably intimidated. The cannon is referred to as a 'BFG' (Big ******* Gun), and shoots what I'm told is called a 'Shell'. It has a bunch of numbers and the word caliber in there somewhere.

The side profile is rather messy and poorly assembled, but it features a pair of smoke launchers, used by the tank to confuse it's opponents. It's easier to fight monkeys when they're stoned out of their minds, after all.

The satellite antenna is mounted on the vehicles rear. Additionally, the ammunition boxes are stored back here, inconspicuously.

Turret closeup

*Hiissss...*

As you can see, a single pilot fits rather uncomfortably in the cramped turret. Don't let anyone fool you, a tank is a bloody uncomfortable place. Or, this one is at least. I don't know how you silly humans build your silly tanks.

The stuff-stompin' footses.

It's widely believed that the underside of a tank is it's most vulnerable point. That is, however, only mostly true. First of all, why are you under this thing? It's kind of low to the ground... Second off... No, that's it. How are you under it? I mean, wow. I'm impressed.

This picture looks familiar...

Now for some shots of the tanks deployed at Supply Outpost Gamma.

This tank, nick-named 'Angry Joe', is seen taking up a defensive position outside a pair of supply hangars.

Behind 'Angry Joe' are the Caviar Storage Hangar and Ammunition Warehouse.

Here we see the 'Vengeful Goldfish' in a valiant defense of Frorg's Drift, a section of southern Supply Outpost Gamma. There, three of the tanks held out against exactly 4,921 completely stoned monkey troops (See? Those launchers came in handy.)

And this concludes our review of the 'Frisco'. Thank you for viewing this product entry. To continue shopping, press 'purchase'. To view another item, press 'Purchase and return to menu'. To purchase nothing, press 'Donate'. Have a nice day.

I never really had my money on the Seagulls or the Persian cats. I would really like to see a long tongue shooting out the gun.

Quoting KAJ pro Great Moc, I like the body desing for the tank, and also the top hatch for the frogs is pretty cool.
Thanks! I'm quite proud I managed to work a hatch into it.
Quoting Dr. HappyBaboon , PhD Killer frog tank, man. An I mean that in the best possible way. Keep on brickin'!
Well, when a war machine is described as 'killer' that's typically considered a compliment ;)
Quoting Hrvoje Hedžet Awesome, your MOC's are great.
Many thanks, kind sir!
Quoting El Barto ! Looks great!
Thank you!
Quoting Areetsa C Pretty nice froggy spider-tank you have here. You should do a variant with some ridiculously oversized missile pods on the sides.
I have no objections to this concept at all.
Quoting Minifig Maniac Ah, nothing like a overly-greebled killer frog tank to brighten up my day after getting an A- on my history test. With a laser. IMMA FIRIN' MA LASER! I compliment you on your ingenious use of skiis for legs. I might have to try that soon! Sayonora, au revoir, adios, zai jian, ciao, goede ziens, verabschiedend, do videnia, nashledanou, masalama, auf wiedersehen, diten amir, sala kahle~MM P.S. You know how to say goodbye in 13 languages. 14, actually. P.P.S. Just in case you're superstitious, vaarwel. P.P.P.S. I looked those up. :P

Quoting Rex David this cool!i like how the turret is build!frog forces wins again!
Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Quoting Brad Darling This is an awesome tank! I really like your method of using frogs instead of minifigs. I'll bet you had a lot of lego frogs one day, and not many parts, and that's how Frogspace(I think thats what you call it) was born. Am I correct? Wee, 1st Post!!!!Oops, never-mind about being 1st... :(
Actually, I'm not responsible for Frogspace. Although that is how I got into it... Small scale just works better for me. I learned about it over on FBTB.net, and I was pretty much instantly hooked.
Quoting Cody G I'll bet the box that this came in is extremely fun to play in.
And made by the lowest bidder to boot!
Quoting A minute ago ... Its looks really good! Nice work, the legs are creative. You also got a smile out of me with the commentary (That thing about BFG's)
As an amateur comedic writer (As in, this is all the comical writing I do), that's all I can hope for! Thanks!
Quoting Waffles . "Persian/Gull war" Perfect. Super awesome tank here, and you beat me to using that barbed wire technique. I thought I had thought of it first. ~Waff
Thanks! I've been using that barbed wire technique for awhile though ;)
