This is another crappy contest entry. Its for the MOCpages Survival Contest - round 3. Category: GREEN- The oil crisis has hit Legoland! The aim is to build a land or air vehicle that uses an alternative power source-sun,wind,chicken legs, the more unusual the better.

About this creation

Ok, this week has been intense to say the least, with working nights and the whole family having the flu. I have even cheated by posting the entry before uploading the rest of the images. Sorry judges and teammates!

And unedited images without clean background! Yuk! I didn't even have my real camera this week. All pieces are from my last contest entry along with a few that my son had laying around on the dining room table.

So while the inhabitants of Legoland are having an oil crisis little do they know that the micro people, only heard of in tales, are suffering from the same crisis. But they have found another way around the problem...

This is their newest invention, a VTOL called "The Commuter", for civilian use. It's powered by one minifig-head, which last for about 200 hours of flying. The head itself does not know of it's status and is happily watching down from above.

I think you're the only person who's gone micro-scale on this round, and it's pretty decent, albeit small. That said, I'm sure you'll produce better things in future rounds when life circumstances are more conducive. Score = 9

Wow, for a bad entry, i really like this. I think its actually pretty good. I would like to see you aim for something bigger next round, but good job, 14/20~Nick
