A revamp of that not-so-old MOC

So I got some time to finishthe 2nd version of this MOC (as promised to my friend). I added trans neon to show the "activated" form. The head design is based off a MOC from another friend here called Fuzz-E. The blue parts are NOT painted, its the rare and official color call "Metal Blue" B). It was only released in an old Super Battle Droid Technic set back in either 04 or 05 :/. It took many bricklink orders till I finally obtained enough to make it a predominant color :>. And yes those are trans neon Kopaka shields :D.
On his hands, to make them larger and have 4 fingers I had to use that grey piece, as ugly as it was I worked around it to make SD have "blasters" attched to his fists ^_^. So that is all :P.
