The Redcoats search for the Pirate haven for a very long time, but they can't find it...
About this creation
So here it comes, at last, my first MOC!
First a few words of introduction. This Christmas I received the Imperial Flagship (my first Lego Pirates set!) and I decided that it deserves a fortress where the crew can rest. But it appears that in this harbour the poor Red Coats won't find much rest...
The Imperial Flagship has just came from another expedition to find the Brick Beard's cave... However this journey has been profitable: they've sunk the mighty Brick Beard's Bounty and arrested the pirate captain. The crew, however, managed to escape to some remote, far and obscure place, because the pirate haven's location is not known.
Or perhaps that place is not that far...
The ship's prow

— Land in sight!

— I'm watching you, you yellow-head pirate!
— Eyes on him!

Brick Beard crossing the small bridge — but a pirate has a relentless sense of opportunity...

And he escapes...

Some guards protecting the admiral from the crowd

— At last, home sweet home...

A better shot at the working admiral — this guy works hard, he has come from a sea-journey and he's already at the desk...

Here are Jack and James, two peacefull englishmen traders — there could not be more common English names...

Hey, say hi to the camera!
(at the same time) Hi!

This one can be John, another very unusual English name (he looks very interested in the carrots)

A view from behind. This is actually one of my favorite parts, with the LEGO letters in red and the white pieces at left and right looking to join each other

A very serious redcoat in duty

NIGHT HAS FALLEN
Everything is quiet in town, just two guards watching the night and one guy (I mean, John, I forgot it was his name!) cleaning the courtyard.

Not everything...

Here begins a nice climbing...

It must be said Brick Beard is in great physical condition...
He enters the unlocked Admiral cabin...

And he has to push the treasure chest out of the cabin to the deck.

Shh...

Arghhh!

Bang! (or any more appropriate sound to describe the shot of a flintlock revolver)

Brick Beard an John (yes, with that bad looking he had to be a pirate ) run to the ship and launched the treasure chest to the sea.
Are they crazy? They've just lost a fortune in jewels! Don't worry, they know what they are doing!

Now here comes the best part of it: THE SECRET COVE!!!!

Poor redcoats... So much time seeking to find the pirates haven and it is under their own town! And lots of treasures and sacks from previous expeditions!

The pirates decide to go out to face the soldiers. They're coming from the beach to the courtyard.

Here begins the epic duel of this century (or of the 18th century, the Pirates Golden Age)!!! Who will win? The final result is for you to choose...
— I face you at last, you vilain Englishman!
— And I was looking to you, belied Pirate! You can not be trusted! I'll arrest you in this town prision until the end of time!!!
— Let's see who wins!

Vote A for the Admiral:

Vote B for Brick Beard:

Well this took a while and is a very big MOC but I hope you have enjoyed and that you vote for the end of the battle!
Long life to the LEGO PIRATES!

I like the irony with the pirates sercret cave underneath the soilders fort, and your story telling. i choose option D, the pirates most proud tradition: they fight, so they can run away. Ps i did reply at your comment on my Mermaids Trident. nice work keep it up |

way to messy. and you LEGO is really dirty I found that putting them in a bowl of hot, soapy water helps. also the colors are off. |
