A couple of years ago, after I watched the first Michael Bay Transformers Movie, I decided to build every single transformers in that movie.
I made the decision to go a slightly smaller scale than what I am used to, since they would have been extraordinarily expensive otherwise.
The first one I build was this Optimus Prime.
I wanted the truck mode to look the best, and the Robot mode to be secondary.
I apologize for the somewhat bad picture quality and setting since I shot these with my phone.
This is a 3/4 picture of Truck Mode.

First part of the transformation.
You start by flipping the headlights forward, and the the entire cabin.
Then you tilt the head back, otherwise the arms will not be able to move.
The arm gets tilted back and then out, slightly difficult to express in picture form.
Then the other arm.
The head then tilts forward.
Above the front wheels there is a turny thingy that turns the entire front part around.
Beneath the windows there is a bendy thingy that bends the "chest" part up.
The part where the trailer is usually hitched now gets turned around...
... and then tilted up. He now has legs. Sadly they cannot move individually, since I have no idea how to make that happen. But I am in the process of trying to fix that.
You can now stand him up, and he is in robot mode.
A couple of more shots of him in robot mode.
Last but not least, you can flip this part out to give him some weaponry. they do look slighty more like daggers than the axe he had in the 80's or the blades in the movies, but I like them none the less.
I know that this has been a very confusing way of expressing how I transform it, but it is very difficult to show in still form. If you have any questions about specifics, or if you are entirely perplexed, please write in the comment section, and I will try to answer accordingly.
I will not give out any building instructions, but you are welcome to try and build it from the pictures i have given. But if you show it please give me a little credit.
