928C Cargo Cruiser [Classic Space]
The success of the 928 chassis quickly led to the adaptation of its keel and drive systems to other applications. A popular variant was the double width cabin cruiser, with a large rear space that can be filled with cargo or outfitted for specific missions.
About this creation

The success of the 928 let to a number of variants being built, of which the 928C cargo cruiser was the most popular. When one dropped in to our sleepy spaceport earlier today I had to grab a couple of pictures.

The obvious difference from the original 928 are the BrickFold hyperspace engines which dominate each wing and the huge scanning array installed in the nose needed to use them safely.

As the crew were disembarking through the unusual forward hinging cockpit canopy I just caught sight of their Anderson Industries survival seats, which have independent air, power and food supplies sufficient to keep the occupant alive for a week floating in space in the event of an emergency.

The aft ramps were still down as they taxied across the field, awaiting the arrival of their cargo, which I understand was help up in customs

Cool ! But this MOC would deserve brighter pictures (they are a bit too dark I think)... And also I would love to see more angles and details !
