"Feed Me Seymour"
From Little Shop of Horrors, Seymour feeds the Dentist to the hungry Audrey II.
About this creation
Down on Skid Row...

Inside the sleepy Mushnik's Skid Row Florists, a horror is beginning...

The trail of blood on the floor.

Leads to the bucket of body parts that used to be the Dentist

With psychotic glee, the plant (Audrey II) devours the fresh meat.

... umm, there's something in your teeth...

I like this little corner, based on the small greenhouse type area of the shop from the film.

The bum on the sidewalk.

Skid row (downtown) is a miserable, messy place. Rubbish everywhere and generally just scummy.

Audrey II standing to attention with his mouth shut.

Poor Seymour and the Dentist.

That was a fun build. Since I spent so long on the structure of the flower shop, I will be re-using it soon before I tear it down to create one of my favourite sequences from this film... Da doo. Look out for it in a few weeks time...

Quoting Matthew Novosad LEDA! Kitty emergency here! Sat and Avery are safe, but there is a stray kitten living in our shed! Were going to make him comfortable and then capture him and bring him to the vets, if he is o.k. we get to keep him! We think he is local, but there is the possibility he got in my dad's car before he headed home from New York City. Here is a pic of the little guy, he is really hungry!: http://www.flickr.com/photos/matthew_novosad/5367752925/ I'd be great to have him as part of our family... Of course we may give him to our Grandmother (her house is connected to ours) because he looks a lot like a cat she had many years ago.
Yay new kitty!!! That sounds great Matthew! I hope he is doing well. Its a lovely idea to give him to your grandma I think, since you already have Saturday and Avery and since she is so close you will be able to see him everyday. Good luck with getting him to fit in and make a happy home, keep me updated on how it all works out :)

Quoting Stuart Delahay the use of the green flippers is a very clever touch. The store front was an unexpected bonus (i'm lazy enough to have been happy with the interior and Audrey)and really nicely done. Lovely stuff.
