Finding the command center of this ship seems to be a reasonable decision, it's probably necessary to use one of the vertical ventilation shafts (if that's what I think they're supposed to be)to reach another level, so my vote is D.

Movement you say?. . .I think that going in the direction of F has some merit (not least because our "hero" could meet a messy end there). However, I believe a shorter reconnaissance is necessary for now. D it is then!

Oh, I forgot to mention: the motion sensors from a few installments back identified a moving object near that intersection just a few millimeters below F. Sorry.
