A 3-storey high hotel (alternate design) made from century skyway 6597 and a green baseplate. Comes with a restaurant and an indoor pool too!
About this creation
Just for a little escapism from my already crowded brain, I built and
alternate design from Century Skyway (6597) set.below. Well this MOC of mine
require a 32x32 baseplate to start off with.
Ladies and gentlemen... may I present you... SkyWay
Hotel...!
This hotel has 4 individual rooms with bed and chair each, and a hall with 3
beds for budget travellers.
Other facilities includes a restaurant and an indoor swimming pool at the top
floor! Don't worry about drowning, there's a lifeguard to take care of you.
The restaurant has a balcony that overlooks the tarmac so diners can enjoy
seeing the plane takes off and landing while enjoying their meals.
Opps.... there's a design fault in my hotel! Actually its unintentional. I
only noticed it after I snapped all the photos. See if you can spot 'em in the
photos below. Drop me a emailif
you found it! =)
Side view. I nearly ran out of parts to cover this side and the other side. But I don't want to risk the occupants jumping off the gap on a suicide attempt.
A clearer view on how I built the roof. There's not much decent long plates left when I'm done with all the floors. I'm utilising the jet wings instead to cover them up.
This is nice! I like how you have turned an old set into this. The outdoor pool might freeze in winter, though. :-Þ The low-budget sleeping area is nice too. Also, you used those control tower windows in one of the best ways I could think of.
