Another contribuition to my good friend Jason's AEGAKS Universe, the AEGAKS - L.01 - CRd "Marte". "Marte" is the portuguese word to Mars (not the planet which is red too), the Roman god of war. Enjoy the new AEGAKS that ARMAX Co. proudly presents to you!
About this creation
AEGAKS - L.01 - CRd "Marte" 360°:

The right arm is a long range twin cannon, that will be explain better later:

Here we can see the compound legs (CRd means Compound Red, folowing the standard nomenclature for AEGAKS: AEGAKS + Model n°+ Frame + Color + aka). Also we have a clear view of the long range, heat-seek, Anti-air "Pillum" missiles:

The left arm is a 8-pack rocket launcher and a very resistant shield called "Scutum":

Bird view:

"Legio" Twin Cannons:

The Legio Twin Cannon uses special fuel cells as ammo. This fuel solidifies when in contact with oxygen, so when fired at high pressure and speed it solidifies and assume a projectile form.

Close up of the fuel cells. Once depleted, they can be easily replaced by another charge:

Heavy Duty Shield "Scutum":
The shield is made with a very resistant titanium alloy that can hold most of the impacts that a mech can suffer in battlefield. It's resistant to fire, bullets, electricity and laser, but will disintegrate in contact with acids.

AEGAKS Pilot Block:
The most notable AEGAKS feature is the pilot block. Marte have a compact but comfortable pilot block as seen here:

This pilot block have a storage compartment where the pilot can store weapons, survival kits or whatever he wants to survive if he need to eject the pilot block.

CEO Luiz Camargo Sigfig:
And here I present you my first sigfig: CEO Luiz Camargo! It's me in a suit, with a suitcase, glasses and some kind of bluetooth headphone to answer calls:

I expect you enjoyed! Leave a comment, it's very important to me as I improve after your opinions.

Good bye, see you next MOC!

Hey Man, Sorry I'm Not Here To Say That I Posted My Review, But To See If You Want, Or Know Of Anyone Who Would Want To Be A Review Mod For The Group, I Really Need To Figure This Out Before Summer Hits. Before I Go, I Haven't Looked IN Detail, But This Is A Mech Mech, But More On That Later. |

Love the shape in general, but especially the design on the legs and feet. Well, that and the cannon and rockets are always a nice touch!
Thanks! This AEGKAS is my favorite, because I did it only with spare parts. It's almost a tablescrap... |

A classic design for the AEGAKS line. The cannon's ammo system is a nice twist and missles never go out of style (although you never seem to have enough either). I believe the God of War would approve.

What a beautiful mecha. The legs looks powerful to run very fast. The weapon is also amazing too!
The compound legs give the impression of speed also he's skinny and light weight, a legit runner! Thanks for your comment! |

This is better than excellent, it is devastatingly beautiful! I don't usually comment or look at Mech creations, but this one is a stand-out example of design brilliance. Congratulations to you both.

Very nice and detailed the cockpit is detachable which is important. Also the cannon is astounding featuring a detachable fuel rack.
The ejectable pilot block is the only thing that distinguishes the AEGAKS from regular mechs. Thanks for commenting! |

Very nicely done. I particularly like the cannon concept. Red is always a good color to build with, and adding the storage compartment for the pilot was inspiring.
Thanks Jason! The storage compartment was kind of an aciddent, but fits very well to the theme, 'cause the pilots must have a place to storage survival stuff that they may use after ejecting. |

Very good creation, as all the others! Our assembly session was very productive and i'll really miss it. The end result was great and your description is simply excellent! Keep working! I promise I'll try not to disappoint you with some creations too!
Thanks my good friend! You improved a lot the overall design with some incredible ideas! We must build together more often, at least until you travel to Ireland... |

Not what I expected, but very well done nonetheless. You really did your research for the weapon names, and they are very accurate to their ancient Roman name counterparts. Nice Sigfig too, I'm going to have to make one of them before long. An excellent little mech!
Thank you! Tell me what you expect, it'd be nice. And yes, I did some research to name the weapons properly. |
