About this creation
Tragically one of Eurobricks Staff members passed away at the all to young age of 27 this week. Zorro was instrumental in so many initiatives on Eurobricks in particular the Pirates Forum and Classic-Pirates.com. He has been an amazingly positive influence to so many LEGO fans but most of all will be sadly missed by his mother and twin brother. Eurobricks Staff and members hope our thoughts go out to them and Dieter is in a better place.
Thanks to TheBrickster for his lovely photoshop work.

Josh.

Regardless of his Lego conection, 27 is far too young an age to pass away. My thoughts are with his family, a very nice tribute to him as well. I am sure he smiled when he saw this.

I have to admit I only knew him by name through EB. No matter who it is, it's always devistating to loose someone from the community. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. ~ Chris.

It's always difficult to hear about anyone that young. Nice tribute.

This is a lovely tribute. That is far too young to die, that just makes me feel sick. My thoughts go out to his family, hope they can find some peace in the memory of him and the life he lived.

Wow. It's horrible when someone great is ripped away from us (especially at such a young age). Beautiful tribute.

I was surprised to notice that even though I didn't know him, his passing still struck me as something terrible and tragic. I wish his loved ones much needed strenght in these difficult times.

Life is precious and sometimes cut tragically short. Words seem hollow and fall short of comforting. May his family and friends find peace in this time of sorrow. RIP~H

I only knew of Dieter through Eurobricks, and then only as an aquaintence. It was clear, however, despite what little I knew of him, how passionate he was about our beloved hobby, and how giving he was of his time an energy. His presence will be missed terribly within the global community.

Es gibt keine troestenden Worte zu sagen, wenn jemand von uns geht, der noch viel zu jung dafuer ist. In Gedanken bin ich jetzt bei Juergen und seiner Mutter und wuensche ihnen alle Staerke dieser Welt.
