Police Station - Modification
UPDATED: Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Well Cyberfrank you got your extension! It is compleat with a questioning room a mug shot room and a cell with sink and toilet! A new front and even a back with garbage pail! I used a bit from each LEGO Police Station but kept it small a la LEGO Style! UPDATE NEWS: I am working on an extension of this model with an interragating room (a la Advent Calendar) a cell and a visiting room and a place for the police to eat! check back! Good news I made all the pictures larger ( I do listen guys! ) So Cyberfrank you started the ball rolling now I need the cash to buy the parts! I had to come up with a Police station that would fit into a 8x16 base plate. All the buildings on my Labor Day display had to fit this scale. Except for my Hospital Mod (forthcoming) and my Gas Station Mod (also coming soon) and my Fire Station Modification which were on 16x16 base plates. You'd be surprised how much you can fit in and take the best a larger model has to offer and adapt it! I've also included a figure they never thought of: the Mounted Police, a popular sight all over the world. I love to pet the horses as they wait with their police person at NYC's Central Park!
About this creation

For one year I will honor, remember and respect the victims of 9-11. Each of my creations will have a 9-11 memorial starting off the page. I'd like to give a big handshake, hug, kiss to all the people here on MOCpages that remembered by creating WORLD TRADE CENTER buildings done in LEGO you too honor the fallen of 9-11 GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!

Hi Nick - the extension is great. I really like your build style, very functional and has the feel of an official set but with alot more features.

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 i already posted a comment before, i don t know why it does nt take my 5! rating, it happened before on mine, and other pages, a glitch i suppose, i d love it if you could do a city structure like mine, you have the luck of having a lego store near you, i d take advantage of this if i were you, to buy some road plates, it would do wonders to your pieces! but, you ve improved a lot! it is far more enjoyable to study your work and style now, road plates would bring it to a new level, one that not much people ever reach, the real roads! thanks nick!
I was happy to get a registered: I LIKE IT! Thanks! Hey Cyber I am not close to one Lego Store - but 3! There is one in my Greater Neighborhood - The Queens Center Mall 18 minutes away 2 short buss rides or one bus and a short walk! I get on the subway and go to ROCKEFELLER Center 30-35 minutes away or take the Long Island Rail Road and 1 hour away is the one at Roosevelt Shopping Center and if I feel rich take the Hudson Line and 2 hours away and a cost of $15.00 I can visit the Palisades Shopping Center! The Road Plates will come when I am finished with all my building designs! Working on (in my head) a mens accessory shop, a pet store, a gym a chinese restaurant and based on the City Plan 50th Anniversary - a movie theater - City Hall and a Diner! I also want to do a garage for my garage office! I wish we had a BRICK Co-operative to help poorer builders secure needed bricks! Thanks again - you do know you are my inspiration! How's Place Ville Ste. Marie doing? It's my favorite area in Montreal!

i love the mounted police concept! for some reason you had to do a small station, but, is it in your plans to do one with cells, ect? i don t see any city layout plans anywhere on this page, will you do one? maybe you just do buildings for plain fun? if you have plans, i d love to hear about it, as i respect what you did to date very much, please comment on it on my latest journal.
