Toa 12-28-98 is a robot found in the ruins of Metru Nui he was refitted with more recent technology and upgraded. He thinks just like a toa and is unable to violate the toa code. He can switch out his arms with other things such as laser cannons claws disk launchers and other things he joined Lord Nitro's team because he has no team of his own. nobody knows who built him and there are doubts about his orgins. he has free will and can do whatever he wants as long as it doesn't violate the toa code. He has no sense of humor which disturbs Terovic . He has become great friends with Kopaka.
