This is a re-make of my LEGO diner, built for our LEGO fest. I have re-touched the pictures and added a few extras. Feel free to rate and comment! (Instructions are coming soon).
About this creation

Street view of the diner. The cars in this shot are the only non-MOC elements used in this entire creation. (I have WAY more mini figures than this but I couldn't fit all of them in the creation-it looked like a riot)

Removable roof. Building this section took me several hours to get the alignment of the studs right.

The interior of this diner has a light-brick stove, a sink, an oven with 4 griddles, and a soda machine.

The light-brick grill has a tile-activation system. A tile is attached to the light-brick. When the tile is pushed (From outside the building), the light-brick is activated.

The pizza sign contains 2 pizza elements facing away from each other by means of an alternating clip plate arrangement (The clip plates are attached to the bar, and the pizzas point in opposite directions).

Roof top garden. The "flowers" in this picture are actually vegetables. Yes, we grow everything here...including the vegetables.

Street detail. A lady is sitting on a bench listening to the radio (Why can't she get an iPod?). Also featured in this picture is another flower bed on the side of the street, a street lamp, and a traffic light (Featured in the opening shot).

Quoting Family Vuurzoon Hi Sean, Great MOC! I like the many details and minifigures in your street. And the "burning" furnace is wonderful!
Thanks! Sean.
