About this creation

Well, since I posted the clean-out a couple days ago, I've been building like crazy! So now there are two houses, another commercial property, and a thing-on-a-stick (not sure where I got that idea...). The commercial building and thing-on-a-stick will definitely be rebuilt in the future, but they'll do for now. The houses are more like deep facades, but when I get more plates I'll expand them. The pictures at the beginning are a couple of firefighters installing a new hydrant. I also added an alley, and updated all the commercial buildings with standpipe and sprinkler connections. I can't wait to get building again!

this is still awasome and i think the designing people poped up a while ago and were waiting for a chance to jump in the game. Like me :)

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 all of those plans seem interesting to me! as they will look good with the rest of your city! unless, you improve the police-fire stations first! what happened with them? they are not obvious in your pics.
I raised the first bay to accommodate the height of the improved Engine 1, so now it is equal to the height of the second bay. I plan to buy more parts whenever I can, and improve the fire station. I'm not sure what I will do for my police station, maybe I will base it off of the design of my hometown's station.

Thank you all for your kind words! Neyo, I'm very happy you like the town houses, I too like them very much. I had a vision in my head, put mind to brick, and volia! I think one in green will be next, if I can find enough green bricks... Another recent update includes a low commercial building and an alley. The commercial building is for an aviation development company, and there may be apartments above the shops. I'm not sure if I will keep the aviation shop, perhaps I will turn it into a market-style alley. Opinions?

Quoting Zak Overmyer Nice! Those houses look cool, as well as the "Thing-On-A-Stick." Why is the FD installing the hydrant? Isn't that a thing the city public works should be doing?
They probably should, but since I don't have one yet, I'm going to leave it to the FD. lol
