WARNING: (poorly animated) Blood and Gore...
After playing the Republic Commando Video Game, I was hooked and decided to make my own commando but in Lego. The first I worked with was this. (BTW! I don't consider the minfig on Han Solo to be Han Solo, but just another commander or something... Just go with it...)
About this creation
The Snow Commando with my custom DC-17 Sniper Rifle Attachment.
The Snow Commando with my custom MG-250 Rapid Fire.
My Custom DC-17 and MG-250
My Custom Snow Commando Helmet. I did my best to capture the toughness of the Commandos.
Imperial Snow Commando 1033 stands alone, and his task is to penetrate the Rebel Alliance base on Hoth. But in his way are several Rebels who are aware of his pretense.
"Surrender and you won't die, we have you out numbered!" yelled the general. But the others jeered, "You'll die! You'll never see anything but my laser!!!"
Unfazed by any of the taunts, 1033 prepared for a daring move.
1033 jumped with only the might of a commando into a turret as a laser of a Rebel nearly came into unwanted contact.
He heated up the engine of the machine and prepared the rockets for launch. And the launched, straight into the middle of the Rebels.
Their sniper was immediately blown to pieces.
As was their general.
The remaining fled for the cover of the ice wall where they were out of range of the rockets. But 1033 had smartly realized that his position was out of range of the Rebel guns.
1003 quietly snuck down the entry shaft and prepared for exit.
And his exit was surprising to one of the soldiers.
Who was the next kill for the Commando.
Then with another daring leap, 1033 nailed the next Rebel in the head.
And quickly ended the rest of the lives of the Rebels as well.
There was barely any resistance.
This shows that the work of a Commando is quick and dangerous.
you know what? this is actually not bad. at first i thought "oh no, another sharpied minifig on a plate" but since the sharpie work was pretty good, i went along with it and scrolled down, and then i saw a nicely done battle sequence and some decent special effects. good job, the helmet is my favorite part
