The Soma Cube was invented in 1933 by Piet Hein. The discovery of this kind of puzzle on the website brickshelf.com led to my addiction to puzzles. I made my first Soma Cube in 2006 after finding this creation: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=82988
