German Maus Tank
Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus was a German World War II super-heavy tank completed in late 1944. It is the heaviest fully enclosed armoured fighting vehicle ever built. Only one complete prototype was built before the testing grounds were captured by the advancing Soviets.
About this creation

Front. A marvel isn't it?

Left. It took me quite some time to make it.

Back. But, after all the work, it was worth it.

Right. I wish i could have put in an interior.

The top is nice and flat.

I don't know what this is supposed to be, a fuel tank maybe?

Two hatches open.

It measures about 1 foot 2 inches.

150-mm Door Knocker.

Next to my Panzer VI.

German Guy: BWA HA HA! THIS IS BECAUSE WE LOST THE WAR!

Just to prove it has treds.

Real Maus.

Thanks for watching and please comment.

very nice, i give a 5/5 although, the turret face is not curved as the real maus, but in that scale it could prove to be a difficult thing to do, my suggestion? make an E-100, its big, and has nice angles, just use the Krupp turret, if you use the Maus turret, then you would be in the same big boat... btw the Krupp turret is the ingame turret for the E-100

Quoting Samasax Runes well that Japeneese Zero that you made was MOC worthy. some things that matter are how will you build the wings how will you make the body and engines. if you check out my homepage then you can see a plane that i made. i just used flat pieces the entire time. but had no landing gear. so it might take you a while but at least your giving it a second thought about the design and what pieces to use.
Well, lately I have been working on some planes on LDD but I am still in the creative process. I will probably get to a plane at some point but at the moment I am working on tanks and trucks.

Quoting Samasax Runes P.S. could you mabey try to make some more planes from ww2. lots of peole like them.
Although I have considered making some planes I never rely did so, Usually planes I make are so bad that they are not considered MOC worthy, and are destroyed almost instantaneously.

I love to lean about ww2 german vehicles and i am also interested with the aeronautics of the time period. but this is a great recreation of the mause tank. Also it was so heavy that when they tried to move it out of the factorys that it broke the roads then sunk like 1/2 a foot into them. 5/5 great moc. P.S. could you mabey try to make some more planes from ww2. lots of peole like them. Danke. und hoffe auf mehr in die Zukunft sehen

All the germans needed was one panzer division of those bad-boys and they would've turned the tide at the last minute and won the whole war. Great job Christian!

Very well done! I wish I had the treads to make tanks. I did make the Roadrunner, but it had wheels you could barely see. 5/5! ~stay green

This is probaly the best Maus tank I've seen around here. As an super-heavy tank fan I can explain your question about the fuel tanks on the back. Because it's a very big tank it needed way too much fuel. So if it would travel in non-hostile areas it would use up all the fuel in the back tank. Later in hostile areas it would use the fuel from an fuel tank in the main structure. Some of the older Russian/soviet tanks also have these kind of fuel tanks.

Quoting Ben Romeo Wow! Nice tank! It's huge! One question (not directed to you, but to the Germans):Why is the fuel tank mounted on the back in clear view of anyone who wants to shoot it?
Yea i ask that question myself...
