Roman Soldier
Custom Roman Soldier using LEGO parts.
About this creation

This partially custom mini-fig was created for the Classic Castle Contest IV and used a mix of stock parts and one castle helm modified using a Dremel tool and some very fine sandpaper I got at the local model train shop. The chop job on the helm was inspired by one I saw by LEGOFREAK.

The sword and torso are classic castle, the arms taken from a random sleeveless mini-fig (probably a pirates or beach fig - I cannot tell which as I have assembled parts for a whole squad of these guys.) I thought I might eventually replace the KK2 shield with a custom decal but I like the look of the shield as is so I bought a bunch.

The Tunic should cover the whole front of the legs. Other than that, it's good.
