As a public service, Oprah busted a cap in Chelsea Handler of the talk show "Chelsea Lately" in an attempt to shut her up. Unfortunately, Handler was already brain dead at the time of the incident and kept on talking for an additional 35 minutes. Oprah turned the gun on herself in the meantime.
