Jeffery, Let's say josh's creation was on a so called-15x16 or something and we all gave him a zero, Theres is a like a 15 percent chance you would win, so all I'm saying ( and this goes to others as well ) stop nagging the judges as we can not always give perfect scores, just remember, its not the end of the world if YOU or anyone else lose.

The creation may have been on an overhang by 1 stud up, but use your common sense, that is not overhang! If you took off the8x8 base under it the creation wouldn't be any different. Over hand is only when something that is more related to the actual build, however this only had a slight over hang just to make it legal to the rules. So you to summerise the point it didn't use overhang to add detail to the creation it used it to place a 15x15 base over it so you could say it was legal. PEOPLE WE NEED TO USE COMMON SENSE! (Plese don't take this as a offense Josh, you had a fantastic creation but the fact is it isn't 8x8. :) )

Calm down. Joshs entry was perfectly legal. Overhang= hanging over the edge, which is what his entry was doing.

Quoting Ian Spacek Well done winners! Bravo! One thing kind of bugged me though...Deus never judged mine...
he actually missed out quite a few people. you had 27 points, if deus had given you 10 (knowing deus, thats highly unlikely. he didn't give ANYONE a ten) you would have been 0.5 points short of red lego 2x2, close call!

Quoting Jeffery Lautenslager Personally I'm a little disappointed with the judging. Ian Spacek made a fantastic entry and He didn't get in the top three! And Josh coopers was not on a 8x8 base. Even if there is an 8x8 base under it the moc is still counted as bigger than 8x8 because the main part of it is like 15x15!!!!! :(
the rules were 8x8 base with up to 15x15 overhang.

Hey Jeffery Lautensla.... Ian's creation was good but not evryone can win, Josh cooper deserved a spot in first place and I know some people are dissapointed with the judging but all it is a fair game for everyone. Everyone had a chance and everyone had a shot and only three conquerd the contest. On another subject thanks to Lwc guy to allow us to have a contest and to let the judges and contestants be aprecciated.

Btw lwc guy, very funny! I loved the part about his hand, and about the big hand at the end, but most of all I loved the way you did my arm! Very clever my friend. Thanks for doing this contest, and thanks to all the judges. I really enjoyed it, looking forward to the next contest with you guys!

Ok first off, to Jeffrey laughtenschteglijbg...yeah. It was on an 8x8 base, let's get that clear. Second, it had an OVERHANG to 15x14. Overhang. Overhang is legal to 15x15. I know plate overhang is frowned upon, but a tiny trampoline just didn't look right. So I did it. Mine was legal. Don't be hatin on the judges.

Well, as a competitor myself, all I got to say is Josh's creation was flat-out fantastic! I've never seen a LEGO trampoline before, and Josh's version totally deserved to win the grand prize! The second and third place people also did a fabulous job, and hopefully we can all have a re-match at another time;) This contest was loads of fun, and thank you to whoever made it!
