Day Fourteen: Black Guard armour
The armour of the elite Black Guard of house Hood is both notorious and extremely rare, being Lostech of the highest order.
About this creation

No-one really knows where they came from in the first place or exactly how many of them there are, but a testament to their effectiveness is the fact that since the official founding of the Black Guard by John Hood IX, more emperors have been killed because they interfered with the affairs of the Guard than have been assassinated.

The armours are very hardy, but there's rumours that some of them have had to be scrapped for spare parts.

They definitely dwarf humans, though.

Other than that, exact specifications are unknown, since any schematics were destroyed long ago.

Without the cloak.

May I point http://mocpages.com/moc.php/244737 as an example of how the base frame can be modified?

More in the Kleinpanzer Fortnight series:
Day One: AQ-6J Security Exoskeleton
Day Two: The Cambridge Device
Day Three: Exoskelettkleinpanzer Ausf-G
Day Four: Type VII battledress
Day Five: "Seeharnisch"
Day Six: Flashman
Day Seven: Harpy
Day Eight: Fenrisulfr
Day Nine: DCA medical exoskeleton
Day Ten: Model IID Murderbot
Day Eleven: Space Marine armour
Day Twelve: MRB-L Scythe
Day Thirteen: CP-C riot armour
Day Fourteen: you're currently reading it.

Anyway, I must say I'm glad this is over. I've been feeling more and more swamped every day since I started this; not my greatest idea ever. Now I need to declare a temporary freeze on the two multiplayer projects and get back to work on Rogue Faction.

Quoting Bob the almighty Umm, not to be to rude, but when is the next clonet@rd city going to go up?
It's not rude at all, it's a very reasonable question. And in answer to it: rather soon. I had to take an unexpected trip over the weekend, so /excuses, /excuses.
Quoting Spaztastic the Diabolical Those anime hippies and their oversized partisans. No perspective on real battle.
They're like the Swiss Guard, but less ambiguously evil. So more like the Praetorian Guard in that respect. They might LOOK silly, but the nearest river is full of bits of people who laughed.

Quoting Flare . http://www.mocpages.com/group_conversation.php?id=14226&topicid=66444 That spelling is only for Brits...
Who used to rule the world. The language is called "English", as well, not "American", which kind of implies something.

Quoting Flare . And excuse me, but you spell armor without a "u"...
Common misconception. Colour, armour, and probably several other words all have an "ou".

It's small but that does'nt mean it's simple. I still don't quite get how you put that together and all. Nice...Um... Gentlean standing there and this deserves 5/5. Defenitly.

This has to be my favorite one yet! The armor looks fantastic and incorporating the cape was a great idea! I love the halberd as well. Fantastic job!

I see you've refined some of your experimental techniques. The legs are really nice, I like how you used the back stud instead of a super-earling. The double capes is a good idea too.
