Shattered Eagle
This one was mainly inspired by the creepy looking mechanical creatures found in the movie 9. This bat-like creature patrols the skies looking for humans that survived the extermination. When a target is found, it swoops down and grabs the victim with it's single grasping leg. Once captured, the human is either ripped limb from limb, squeezed to death, or dropped from high above the ruins that were once a city. If the creature is damaged (how you would tell that it's damaged is beyond me)it can use the garbage and scrap metal around it to repair itself, making it virtually indestructible.
About this creation

These wings are easily my favorite part of this beasty! I love'em!

I had a load of fun building this thing, so I just might make some more of them!

I like the wings too... they're really cool-looking, with just the right blend of organic and mechanical. I'd certainly be happy to see more of them, as well as more new creations in this "bley fantasy" genre.
