In a Twisted Sense
Team Savage Gerbils in the category "Twisted Landscape" for the 2011 MOCathalon. Adding a twist to those old westerns.
About this creation

MOCathalon link.
TSG link.

I thought about this category, for not much time at all actually. Immediately I started thinking literally, and I got to this right away.

This took about two days to conceive, prototype, and then enhance to the final product.

I'm extremely happy with the outcome.

You've got to have a extreme eye for detail to find the one word I edited into this photo.. You can see the connection on the bottom here.

Just like an old western right? This is by far my favorite fleshie face.

And a final full underside shot. I had a lot of fun landscaping the whole bit, it was challenging to work on a shifty, turnable surface. I had fun creating "evil" blackened shrubs for the enemy's side.

Thank YOU for taking the time to look at this creation.

As there is really no commonplace, non-used word to describe this supreme ninja-ness, I'd call it supercalafrajalisticexpialadocious!

This is really cool. It's very artistic the way the twisting actually enhances the scene. It sort of mimics the path a bullet would take!

This is an epic creation! Truly, literally twisted! The way you did the stand is really nice because it is good-looking, but keeps a low profile so that the awesomeness of the main build can be showcased. Finally, a question: is gravity twisted on this world too?
