New York Brownstone House - City Modular Building
This Upper West Side Brownstone is my newest modular building. I spent a lot of time on the interior on this one and it turned out nicely. I used a picture for reference and tried to get all the details of the front right. The building itself is sitting on a 16x32 and 2 8x16 base plates. I have instructions available on my website: www.brickcitydepot.com

This is awesome - very nice color scheme, and lots of great details. The console TV is great! The black windows look great from the inside, very contemporary.

Stupendous! It has always been a stupid little dream of mine to own a pad in NY, where I can hang out with my friends. Your creation is just what I would want in my aprtment! As a side note, I could definitely see this as a real LEGO set; if it was in their Modular lineup, I'd imagine it would be around the $90 mark. All in all, fantastic craftsmanship!

Quoting Sabby M. Outstanding work! Do you mind if I use that umm, the black windows thingy on the outside for a building I'm working on? (forgot the name).
Feel free to use it.

Stunning, a very clean build. I love how all the colors work together, with the black windows and the tan and brown walls. The interior is beautiful as well, I love how you took a seemingly small space and managed fit everything into it. Although there is one thing missing a bathroom, but hey you can't have everything. Superb my friend, superb!

oufff! this is splendid! in and out! if you ever could add framing of a different color to the back windows, it would be even better, the front stairs is also a very classic approach! wonderful work brian!

Quoting El Barto ! Very well built here! One question though...Most of the Brownstones that I'm familiar with had the big stone stairs leading up from the street to an elevated first floor. Is that something you considered? Either way, great creation!
The thing that I found is that there are many styles of brownstone since brownstone just refers to the color of the stone. My brother is considering making one like you mention.

Wow, you weren't kidding with that interior - REALLY nice! Great job all around, though. I don't think Lego could have done a better job. Everything from color selection, to brick choices, to scale and spacing is just perfect set design. I'd buy a couple of those without hesitation!

As you know I am a native New Yorker - you indeed captured the taste and feel of NYC, a home like this can be in the Bronx, Manhattan or Brooklyn - the older Boros, Queens (my Boro) is a bit rural and country-like and Staten Island is way too newish in architecture. I love, no I ADORE the fire-escape so dominate in the New York sceen! I like the furnishings. Especially the island in the kitchen. But What can I expect from you Brian--- ONLY THE BEST! And sometimes the best gets BETTER!
