About this creation
Well, to say the least, I am EXTREMELY proud of how this turned out. After the first 11, things died down, but soon after I posted the characters as of last Monday, more recruits came pouring in! I would say I'm confuzzled, but I guess people needed to see an example of all of the recruits. Today, I'm adding on the 8 more that joined since, to make the total of 19, PLUS I'm showcasing some of the random characters and Team Foxtrot. Well, here we go!
As of now, 19 sign ups. That only means 11 more, so act fast!

Name: William Pugh
Rank: Spartan II
Weapons: Sniper Rifle, with secondary weapon Magnum pistol
Grenades/Equipment: 1 Plasma and 1 Incendiary grenades, with Bubble Shield equipment
Known personality: Bold
File: history---William's past is unknown to many, but only his close friends know that it was a shadowy and dark past in which nobody wants to talk about. On the battlefield, however, there is nothing that hinders William from being an excellent and outgoing team leader. He speaks with absolute confidence and has rallied his old team to many victories in the face of sure defeat.
Alright, as of now you are LOCKED IN. This is your permanent character, if you want any last minute changes, now is the time.
Name: Brian Carncross
Rank: Spartan II
Weapons: Sniper Rifle (stealth) or Fuel Rod Gun (attack)
Grenades/Equipment: 1 Plasma and 1 Incendiary grenades, with Power Drain equipment
Known personality: Zealot
File: history---While his true name is Brian Carncross, he only goes by the name of Oracle Ball. Why he does this no one knows, but if you ever call him something else besides Oracle Ball, he will get angry and possibly overturn a table. While he does like to use the Fuel Rod Gun, Oracle Ball is an excellent marksman and uses his sniper rifle well, and he has also been known to successfully drive a Warthog through really tough battles without getting hit. Oracle Ball will do anything to save humanity, even go suicide.

Name: Josh Cooper
Rank: ODST
Weapons: Assault Rifle:modded, with secondary weapon Needler
Grenades/Equipment: 1 Plasma and 1 Incendiary grenades, with Bubble Shield equipment
Known personality: Bold
File: history---Josh Cooper's family had all been killed by the Covenant, so Cooper decided to join the ranks of the UNSC military and fight his enemies who had killed all that he loved. While not a Spartan, Cooper has excellent reflexes and has been known to do acrobatic lunges and moves while in the air or on the ground. He is a born leader and can be rather arrogant at times, but he still can do the job.
Alright, you have been changed just a bit from last time, as I realized that a) my ODSTs resembled Spartans too much, b) they were too lightly colored, and c) the helmets were a bit bulbous, I decided to tweak them around a bit to match more customary ODSTs while retaining uniqueness.

Rank: Spartan III
Weapons: Assault Rifle, with secondary weapon Magnum Pistol
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Frag grenades, with Armor Lock equipment
Known personality: Player
File: history---Bluefett is one of the few Spartan IIIs out there, but on the battlefield he fights as if he has won a million battles before. Bluefett has been known to break away from his leaders on missions to take a nap or look for hot girls, but generally he won't go so far to drop out of the UNSC. After all, who's going to save all of the ladies from destruction?

File: history---Out of all of the recruits for a new UNSC strike team, very few are Elites. Zach Stapleton was once an Elite Ranger working on behalf of the Covenant, but now after the Great Schism he has joined the humans in the fight against the Covenant. Still, even if he is working for the UNSC, he rarely cares about it. Stapleton has been known to completely desert his team to go find some grunts to kill, and has even impaled a few Marines because they were "annoying" him. But Stapleton has *just* enough zeal to fight for the humans and get his revenge on the Covenant once and for all.

Name: MC Sniper
Rank: Spartan II
Weapons: Gravity Hammer, with secondary weapon Assault Rifle
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Frag grenades, with Sprint equipment
Known personality: Calm
File: history--- Known by most as MC Sniper, he is anything but one: MC likes to use his trusty gravity hammer much of the time. As an insanely powerful Spartan II, MC likes to plan things very methodically to make sure everything gets done in the fastest possible time and with the fewest casualties. And in the heat of battle, everybody knows that MC Sniper will die for his team, for the UNSC, and for the cause of liberation from the Covenant forces.

On another note, the marines have also been changed a bit to match their Halo 3 counterparts a bit closer. Thanks to CT 327 for giving me the initial blueprints for the improvement.
Name: Eric Mickle
Rank: ODST Staff Sergeant
Weapons: Battle Rifle:modded, with secondary weapon Assault Rifle
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Frag grenades, with ODST drop pod equipment
Known personality: Bold
File: history---Eric Mickle, while being an ODST, was moved to the rank of staff segeant and therefore sports his own unique armor. As being a leader of Team Foxtrot, Mickle led his team into countless victories. His role of Staff Sergeant shows that Mickle is an excellent and tactical leader. Him and Team Foxtrot will participate in countless battles to come.
SUCCESS!!! I finally got the plate armor and the backpack on together.

Name: Connor McGinnis

Known personality: Lone Wolf
File: history---Connor is a bright, talented, curious, and unusually smart soldier. He has been known to go off just to get away from his squad and focus on his own battle strategy, and can be rather unpredictable when ripping shots from his Spartan Laser that can get really close to his allies. Nonetheless McGinnis knows his job as an ODST and makes it his own goal to someday get rid of the Covenant by himself.

File: history---Cookie is only known as Cookie. While not as much of a born leader, Cookie shows amazing strategy skills on the battlefield that make it seem like he could lead the team with ease. On his original ODST team, Cookie was the sniper, and was an amazingly accurate one too: Cookie was born with perfect eyesight and could even compete with sniping against the genetically modified Spartans.

File: history---Ben Romeo, even though he was drafted as just a footsoldier, showed himself so loyal to the UNSC cause and racking up so many kills that his ONI observers allowed him to work hand-in-hand with Spartans and Ship Captains. Some say that Romeo is so loyal that he is almost a bit crazy, but no one cares, because as long as he is charging through enemy lines and killing grunts everywhere, his fellow soldiers can't help to crack a smile.

Name: Norlony Guiyjarsee
Rank: Elite Major
Weapons: Beam Rifle, with secondary weapon Energy Sword
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Plasma grenades, with Active Camo equipment
Known personality: Zealot
File: history---Norlony Guiyjarsee, which in English has been translated to Bob Connors, was once a zealous Elite fighting for the Covenant to wipe humans from the whole galaxy. However, after the Great Schism the Elite saw honor in the humans for successfully crippling a major attack on the Halo. So, to this day, Guiyjarsee fights for the humans with honor. In fact, the Major lives solely by honor, only firing his trusty beam rifle if it's a perfect lock, to make sure it is an honorable and quick kill. He has earned the nickname "Lock" for his unmatched honor and accuracy that go hand in hand in victories.
Everything seems to be fine here, it's not locked in yet but it will be by the next post.
Name: Bohrok Lord
Rank: Spartan II
Weapons: Energy Sword, with secondary weapon Battle Rifle
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Frag grenades, with Sprint equipment
Known personality: Zealot
File: history---Bohrok Lord, to say the least, is intelligent. While being intelligent can come with the unwanted side affects of being arrogant and succumbed in self-pride, Bohrok Lord nevertheless can make very tactical decisions and can also do some nice hacking. Bohrok Lord is most prestigious in his vehicular skills: he is both a skilled pilot of a Banshee and a tactical warlord in the cockpit of a heavy tank like a Scorpion, and he can also navigate a Warthog if need be. Bohrok Lord had lost many close friends to the Covenant, and like any good soldier should, he has come to fix what has been wronged and avenge his friends' death.
I will make sure that you get your Banshee and Scorpion in the comic :) otherwise, one more post and then you will be locked in.
Name: Sergeant Kano
Rank: Marine: Gunnery Sergeant
Weapons: Sniper Rifle:modded, with secondary weapon Magnum
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Frag grenades, with Sprint equipment
Known personality: Bold/Zealot
File: history--- Kano was only recently promoted to the position Gunnery Sergeant after his work in battle, combining unique, leaderlike tactics and control with an undying hatred to the Covenant. Kano has been lucky to only have heard of glassing, and he has never seen it with his own eyes, and many of his fellow Marines hope that it would stay this way. Kano is an excellent driver in harsh combat situations, favoring the Warthog and driving it with precision and focus, something he also does with his modified Sniper Rifle.
I did not make the undersuits sand green and the armor earth green as you wanted, plainly because I needed to match them closer to the Halo 3 marines based on my choice. I can always change your armor to this configuration if you want.

Name: Dervis Tetch
Rank: Spartan II
Weapons: Shotgun, with secondary weapon Needler
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Frag grenades, with Sprint equipment
Known personality: Lone Wolf
File: history--- Dervis Tetch considers himself to be a lone wolf, even though others wrongly call him a coward. Tetch has been known to break away from his team and do his own thing, and no one really attempts to stop him, so he goes around and knacks a killing spree with his close-range shotgun and needler for more mid-range and explosive ordinance. Tetch, while doing this, shows to be very skilled at combat, with the eye of a trained sniper in close quarters, which has earned him the alliance and usefulness to his squadmates.

Rank: Spartan II
Weapons: Assault Rifle, with secondary weapon Magnum
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Frag grenades, with Armor Lock equipment
Known personality: Zealot
File: history--- Randy was the top in his unit, outclassing all of his peers in almost every possible way before being augmented and drafted into the Spartan II program. Randy always believes in his concept of "safety first" which is why he possesses armor lock and uses it with mind-boggling skill in battle. While not necessarily devoted so much as to go suicide for the human race, Randy is more zealous to the human cause than most, which is also why he has earned the rank of Spartan and also the authority when leading a squad of marines.

Name: "Rapid"
Rank: Spartan III
Weapons: Plasma Repeater, with secondary weapon Plasma Pistol
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Frag grenades, with Sprint equipment
Known personality: Successful
File: history--- No one really knows this Spartan III's real name, but he is only referred as Rapid, possibly because of his rapid thinking and quick reaction in battle. Aside from being an adept hacker, Rapid also uses many so-called "mindless" tactics during battle, contrary to a successful soldier who usually makes smart tactics and takes a long time to determine the best way to win. Nevertheless, Rapid's tactics always seem to get the team on top. Rapid says he chose the Plasma Repeater because of its rapid-fire abilities with powerful plasma, combining the power of a plasma turret with the lightweight, holdable body of a plasma rifle.

Name: Jash Goswami
Rank: Marine
Weapons: Sniper Rifle, with secondary weapon Battle Rifle:modded
Grenades/Equipment: 2 Frag grenades, with Active Camo equipment
Known personality: Lone Wolf
File: history--- Contrary to most of the lone wolves out there, Jash Goswami was born a loner. Always wanting to be unseen, Jash Goswami carries his trusty sniper rifle for long range silent kills, and his modified battle rifle does him a good job when dealing with mid range. He carries an active camo, and likes to customize his armor to blend in as best as he can with the location he will operate at. Jash believes 100% that he must get the job done, no matter what, and he will help anyone with a good will and perseverance.

Alright, here is an overhead view of all of the chosen characters, either by my choice or by another person who decided to help me. Any of you guys can submit a random character to me, and you'll get some credit for the creation of this comic. Those three guys at the top are the ones Yapdap "Cyber Tiger" Unggoy created for me. Their personalities will be kept secret until the unveiling of the comic :).
And here's a shot of Team Foxtrot! Don't worry, Eric, credit is given completely to you. Take it as a "side creation" to showcase their cameo in the comic.

Jackson, with his sniper rifle. I'm depressed that the headgear didnt work out as well as it should have :( I'm also depressed about how Universe doesnt have the mask that your Jackson figure has D:

...and the same thigh armor, backpack, and suitcase! It came out perfect.
