CPS Legend of Aor
The new Flagship for the 23rd Imperial Fleet of the Coalition of Planets.
About this creation
Here's some sort of a back story:

4 months prior to the Sirius War, the Fleet leader commissioned the construction of a replacement ship for the current flag ship, the Star of Aor if the war fell ill and the Star of Aor was destroyed. In the meantime, the Legend could act as a sister ship to the Star. After some extensive planning, Imperial Officers came across a story of a ship from the great crusades, a ship so old it had become a legend amongst the people of Aorkr. It was not until one month before the start of the Sirius war did the Officers strike gold: Hidden inside a ship storage hangar, 12 stories below ground, sat the mighty ship. Since then, tens of thousands of technicians have worked tirelessly in restoring the enormous craft to it's previous glory. The ship was appropriately named the "Legend of Aor", and it was fitted with the newest and most lethal weaponry available, combining the old power of the ships from the Great Crusades with the new lethal MAPD weapons and other such cannons and missiles. The ship was (after 29,000 years of slowly deteriorating) put into service after the tragic demise of the Star of Aor in a great space battle against the UNE.

The ship is approximately 1.2 kilometers in length, and sports over 30 powerful anti-ship cannons and 20 ISSBM missile silos. The main MAPD cannon is located just beneath the enormous plow at the front of the ship, as a square shaped hole (what you see is only the blast doors to the cannon. The plow itself can easily shred through enemy ships by ramming them.

The model itself weighs over 2 pounds (and would weigh more if it weren't hollow) and is exactly 50 studs long, my biggest space cruiser yet, and the second biggest in the Coalition, I believe.

Anyway, you get the idea. I'll shut up at let you see the rest of the pictures now ;)

Really flies! Fo real.

Thanks for looking!

Quoting Gus Indo Yeah... I doubt its the second biggest though. There are plenty of very wide ships of Ian's.
Oops, I should have said the second longest, not largest.

This is quite a jump from some of the other ships I've seen from you, its really great. Beastly, I can really imagine an earth based military evolving to have ships like this.

I am really lovin' this! I can't build mini scale ships for the life of me. Maybe that'll be the next area I work on. Keep on brickin'!

Excellent build, the front of the hull and the top turrets really caught my eye. Nice work!

It looks so similar to the Imperial Destroyer from Ian Macdonald... which is awesome because of all the changes. From the fact that this thing "really flies" well, I think any lego ship is Swooshable. It was funny though...
