I have wanted to make another muscle car now that I have more pieces, so I built the 1970 Chevelle. It took me about two days to make, and in my opinion is the best car I have done. It is almost completely studless, a first from me. It can also be a convertible; the top is held on by two small clips. Anyways, I hope you like it, and don't forget to rate and comment!
About this creation
It can also be a convertible. Two clips hold the hard top on.
Woah! Excellent recreation of an iconic car. The lines are georgous. Looks even better as a drop top, just make sure you remove those little yellow cheeses for the photos ai ;) HAHAHA that aside, great model 5/5 :D keep up the great work.
Wow. This is how you do a Chevelle in LEGO form! However, your claim about it being completely studless is not true since there are studs from the lights on the front and the back. However, the real Chevelle had raised lights in the back, so it's forgiveable in the back considering that it's what the real Chevelle looks like from the rear. However, what you can do for the front is that you can buy some of those LEGO Soccer/Football soccer stadium lights to replace those four gray 2x2 round plates up front. It not only makes the Chevelle look better but they also make for good headlights for the vehicle. Also, you might want to make some decals for the sides, front, and back of the car for some blinkers, particularly on the sides of the car, and you also might want to get some exterior door handles for your vehicle, though some people make custom Chevelles that open via a modified car alarm that pops open the doors but your Chevelle doesn't appear to be one of those kinds of cars. I apologize for the nitpicking but I figured that I'd give some advice on how to make your MOC a better one on MOC Pages.
Excellent work. The studless tiles always help to bring out the shape in any car model. Also, that color combination is great for this body style! (not EVERY yellow car with black racing stripes has to be a Camaro, people)
