Quoting jcm2606 caldwell this is awsome.is there a mech connecting the trigger and hammer so wen u pull the trigger, the hammer moves?
Sadly, no... The space I had to make a good mechanism, was so small...! -Jan

Quoting Jake Mackay @ McJanbo Productions Does the barrel lock in place, or is it free to swing open? It's hard to tell from the pictures. @ Izak Felder You can always tell if Sharpies are used because the black is a little bit off. Plus, in the picture where he has his finger pulling the trigger, you can see he has some on his finger :P
Yes, the barrel locks in place! Check out the last photo, and look at the grey piece. There is a little technic piece on it, which locks into normal LEGO bricks. SHARPIE 4 EVER! ;-) -Jan

Quoting Jake Mackay I SEE THROUGH YOUR SHARPIE LIES JAN. hehehe >:D Nice job though, the curved handle and break turned out REALLY nice. I would even go as far as to give it a 5/5! Although, I do have to ask, what took you so long? It's been quite a while since you posted your last pistol.
Thanks, Jake! I've been working on a mechanism to open the pistol for a while. But, as you can see... It didn't turn out well. Now, it's just some simple mechanism, but it works and looks pretty nice, too. -Jan

Quoting MacJoep Inc. Gaaf! Handvat ziet er top uit, net als de rest. De break-functie is ook geniaal gelukt. BTW, ga je stoppen op MOCpages?
Heel erg bedankt, Joep. Ja, helaas ga ik stoppen. Ik vind het wel mooi geweest. Ik zal nog wel actief blijven, maar niks meer bouwen. Nog één wapen komt eraan... Een M1 Carbine 1:1 schaal! -Jan

Quoting Cole Edmonson Nice work, McJanbo! I like how you recreated the break-action feature for the cylinders and curved the grip; it also looks like you achieved the right width/thickness in the model. The two things that I think the creation would benefit most from would be a more smooth curve for the trigger guard and an opening in the barrel; the latter is most important. Good job on converting the classic British revolver into LEGO!
Thank you very much, Cole! Yea, I agree on both the barrel and the trigger guard. -Jan

Quoting thomas curvers toch maar afgemaakt? ;) erg mooi ding jan, vooral de "grip"!
Dankje, Thomas! Ja, tuurlijk heb ik 'm af gemaakt! Als ik ergens aan begin wat er goed uitziet, ga ik er ook mee door. Hierna komt denk ik mijn laatste wapen, de M1 Carbine 1:1 schaal. -Jan
