This is Alexander on his horse Bucephalus. The Greeks didn't have saddles so I didn't use a LEGO saddle for him. I would have used a different cloak (purple or something) but all I have is red, black and brown.
Indeed. The falcata was a typical sword from pre-Roman Hispania (on the Iberian peninsula), and was based off of the Greek kopis.
And yes, Alexander did indeed favour this weapon, which was originally a meat-cutting and sacrifice tool but was adapted for warfare in the late Classical Age and throughout the Hellenistic Age of Greece.
really cool i love alexander the great...but not for conquering Greece and why does he have the falcalta from brickforge really cool sword but not right for alexander the great im thinking of getting one for my sig fig though but really cool
Really, I am a fan of Ancient Rome and Greece as well. The Kopis (Curved Slashing Sword) is from the LCN (Lego Customization Network) and the helm is too. But i give you dredit for the creative body, cape, and that stuff... Over all, 5 out of 5!
