1935 Studebaker Roadster
I made this Amercan Classic for Rolling Bricks' Studebakers Group. The driver (left hand drive) is wearing a green shirt and black bowler hat (popular at the time), his lady companion is wearing a red blouse with white scarf (blowing in the wind). Hi Rolling Bricks, A Studebaker as requested :) I built it 4 wide because i know you build in this scale. I hope you like it. It should be called a STUDbaker!

Thanks for your very nice comments on one of my recent creations. I decided to take a look at some of your creations and see what kinds of things you like to build. There is something about these tiny little creations like this Studebaker Roadster that makes them so amazing. I think they are much harder to build and get just right than a large model that allows you to use every piece imaginable. Saying a lot with just a few pieces is quite a challenge and you pulled this one off perfectly. Love the tiny scale figures too!

Cool little thing, looks very unique. This looks more right than a lego city-car with a minifig in it.

Thanks :). Glad you like it. I really enjoyed making it. The biggest challenge was getting the front of the car right. I'm not too keen on the side grilles but they don't make 2 long cheese wedges. Will you be making one for the group?

Thanks for the comments everyone, I really appreciate them. I am really enjoying building smaller mocs at the moment, which is good because I am super busy with other things. Dont you just hate it when life gets in the way of lego building? ;)
