Great work Mark! I was wondering, when you started your "Adventures of Olympus" series, how long did it take for people to get interested? I'm starting my own choose your own adventure series called "Demigod Adventures!", so I was looking for a little advice from someone who as experience in this area. Thanks! You rock!

Quoting Sparrows Ace WARNING! LONG POST AHEAD! Pretty neat! A lot of these look like old pieces, I haven't seen them before. Very unique! Ok, so here are my ratings: Zeus~ 0. Sorry, but I must rate honestly. His shirt and pants are boring, and his hair and beard contridicts themselves. Hera~ 1. Again, sorry I really don't like giving low ratings :( But bland outfit and (in my oppinion) an awkward hair for her. But I like her face :) Poseidon~ 4 :). Love the golden trident and the shirt! And the face/hair is apropriate. Hades~ 4.5 Where did you get that face? It's perfect! And the clothes and weapon are good. Athena~ 3. The outfit is pretty average, like you just took a normal knight and stuck lips on it. But it looks like you didn't have much to work with, so I'll give it a thumbs up :) Hermes~ 3.5 Love it all, the helmet, the snake-thingie, and his face. But again, the outfit, too plain. Ares~ 5 Nice! There's nothing superb about it, but definitely nothing to complain about. Good job. Aphrodite~ 5. Not sure about the eyes yet, they kind of give me hiba-jibies, but I'm giving you 100% for origonality :D Apollo~ 1. Hm, not sitting real well with me. But you get a point for effort :) Artemis~ 4. Not really what I pictured for Artemis, but I like it! The croc shirt makes me laugh X) Hephastus~ 3. I don't like it, but I'm giving you two because you did really well with using what you have ;) Dionysus~ 5. Perfect! :D Bonus~ 5 for the backround thingies, love them! So I hope you don't hate me for the few low scores I gave you :/ But, like I said, I must rate honestly, as I hope people do the same for my works :)
These were my first Olympians, so I did not try very hard. Please go and see my MOC of honor for the Olympians contest, it has my newest version, they look much better.

Since you have asked for me to comment and tell what I think of this model: Zeus, among the rest of the minifigures are far too plain. Zues has a head with a black beard, a white beard piece, a plain body with no printings at all, and dark stone grey legs. To be honest isn't this a little plain? Among the rest. There is also barely any scenery at all to emphasize the characters.

I agree. Soon I'll have my new version which is MUCH better.

I was wondering if you'd judge a three way moc-off between me, lwc guy, and the timinater. You'd be judging along side Ian Speck, if he responds.

According to some sources Hades is an Olympian and Demeter isn't other sources say differently. So weather he is or not depends on where you get your information. (The Percy Jackson says He isn't, Hamilton's Mythology says he is)

These are cool but Hades isn't an Olympian, he only visits the council on the winter solace and Demeter is the 12th one and goddess of agriculture

Quoting Agent Annie Very cool! I really like greek myths and I plan on entering this contest. Oh, and is your Artemis supposed to be the crocodile hunter? :)
Ha Ha. Artemis is goddess of wild animals so I gave her that torso.

Okay. I was just saying that on the fly, because I heard sun god most of the time. I was also thinking of building his chariot towing the sun for the Olympians contest.

That's fine as long as you have all Twelve but don't go to big.

No I haven't. I'm glad you like my Aphrodite because everyone else who I've shown her to says she's creepy.

Nice. I like how you use Aqua Raiders body for Poseiden, my favorite of the few. The only two things I would change is the body of Zeus and the fact that Apollo is the sun god.

Apollo is god of 10 things so I picked archery. Also He's not the original sun god the first sun god was Helios.
