Arcee , G1 Autobot
Finally my first female Transformer (Legoformer).... it's G1 Arcee!
About this creation
Finally my first transforming Fembot: G1 Arcee, created from lessons learned from my Ninja Fembot (prototype) click here , inspired by Orion Pax's Arcee MOC click here and by many comments posted on my youtube channel encouraging me to go smaller with my joints and models from IXRollOutIX click here . This model is done with orange not pink accents as I did not have a ennough pink bricks in the pieces I required for the design. But I think she looks fine in orange. Alt mode is my own creation and is not meant to directly mimic the G1 cartoon alt mode as I took a stylalized approach. The robot mode I feel is a close representation of the G1 character. The model transforms from sleak Cybetronian car to curvy fembot Arcee without the addition or subtraction of pieces. Just add handguns (if desired) and go. I learned a lot of different techniques while fiddling to get this MOC the way I wanted it. A good learning experience. Please check her out, rate and comment!

My photography skills do not do this MOC justice so watch my video review:

Awesome! The orange doesn't look too bad actually! I definitely think that (if you get the pieces and time) you should re-do her in pink. It would look really good!

you should buy a few lego friends sets for the pink parts to finish Arcee.

I think you're right. I was a little put off by her not being pink at first but the orange works here! Really nice work! ~ Chris.

Don't hold back on my account! I have 20+ characters on my "to do" list. I certainly have the bricks, just not the time! And I may or may not do Springer next!
Quoting Stuart Lucas Guess what? I just finished my Arcee MOC this week too. Great minds and all that, although the end products are quite different. I wish I'd come up with as neat a solution for the arms as you did here though! I'd be grateful if you'd check out mine when you have a minute. Thanks for the heads up on Springer too... I was thinking of tackling him next but perhaps I'll put him down the order a bit.

Aw, that's too bad! But I have a Sky Lynx coming up so look out for it! Problem is, the great dangerous still looks too cute...

Sorry dude! no time for games right now, no time for my own projects lego or otherwise these days!
Quoting Hun-grr Terrorcon Oh neat! The vehicle mode can be longer but the robot mode looks very poseable and good in proportions. I also... Challenge you to aa Moc-off! Dun-DUN! So yeah, please!

Awesome work, as usual! You definately captured the female look with the shape and smaller arms. I'd love to see a movie-style motorcycle version some time.

only aspect I'm unsure of is the feet, they don't seem to have a function in the vehicle form. other than that, an excellent job.

actually the colour issue is just poor lighting!
Quoting Chris Yee Awesome build, you really managed to get her female form into a nice transformable creation. Red would have been an acceptable replacement, but under certain lighting conditions which you have just simulated, the orange does turn out a shade of pink. Well done!

The MOC looks GREAT! Awesome creation and I also love how you always manage to keep all of your legoformers in scale with eachother. I tip my hat to you sir.

The arms seem a little plain, but the rest is outstanding. The robot mode, has really nice shape and pose-ability.

Sad that many of those orange pieces don't exist in any shade of pink.
