The Maserati Gran Turismo V. 2
About this creation
The Gran Turismo Convertible is an two-door 2+2 car produced by Maserati. It is also called the Gran Turismo GranCabrio. It is powered by the same 4.7 liter V8 that is in the S version. It produces 434 Horsepower. Despite its 220 pound weight gain, it still maintains the coupe's 49/51 weight distribution. The Gran Turismo Convertible will accelerate from 0-60 MPH in 5.2 seconds and it will keep going until you reach 177 MPH. The parts that I modified are the front grill, the side, the dashboard, some parts in the interior, and the back.
The history of Maserati
Maserati was founded on December 1914 by Alfieri, Ettore, and Ernesto Maserati. At first, the company made only race cars. One of the most successful race car that was made by Maserati is the 1957 250F. On one of its races, the Maserati driver Juan-Manuel Fangio was at one point, a whole minute behind the leading car. But he was able to break the lap record ten times and he finished in first place. Later on, the Maserati brothers sold their company to the Orsi family. But in 1968, the Orsi family sold the company to Citroën. However, money issues caused Citroën to loose their relationship with Maserati. But the Italian government bought Maserati. In 1993, Fiat Auto bought Maserati and began to produce new models.
The front. The front grill is one plate bigger than the first version.

The side. I got rid of the terrible looking gap. I also made the three vents.

The back.

The back trunk part comes out half a stud more than before. So it looks much better in my opinion.

The doors can open.

The engine cover can open.

The engine.

The trunk can open.

The interior.

The bird's eye view.
