Kinda of a prequel of SED's "Realm of Tragedy". This explains how and why Ahpolki came to that universe in the first place. I just had the urge to do a Oneshot. And yes, this means that Ahpolki is now an agent of Diaon and Erab.

Janus: *Snoring*
Janus: *Wakes up* Ugh...
Janus: Can I he-
Janus: O_O *Yelps* Commander Pyrn!
???: Dozing off again, Janus?
Pyrn: I thought you liked gaurding?
Janus: *nervous* S-sor-rry commander. There anything you need?
Pyrn: As a matter of fact, there is.
Pyrn: Do you know where Ahpolki is? I have a task for him.
Janus: He's at the engine room
Pyrn: *nods* Thank you for infomation.
Pyrn: Get back to your duty, Toa.
Pyrn: And try staying awake this time!
Janus: *Salutes* Sir, yes sir!
Janus: *Dozes off again, snores*
Pyrn: What did I just say?!
Janus: *Snaps out of sleep, scrambles* SORRY PYRN!
(Pyrn, Capitin of the Nui Voya, heads to the Engine chamber.)
Oryc: Come on, Ahpolki. Ask Rina out. She totally digs ya!
Ahpolki: I would, but I don't even know a thing about dating.
Begopah: Neither do I.
Pyrn: Ahem, Toa and Glatorian.
Oryc: Oh, hey Pyrn.
Pyrn: Still thinking about girls, Oryc.
Oryc: *Face turns red.*
Pyrn: I see that the engine's in good condition.
Ahpolki: Of course, sir. Just repaired the main turbines.
Pyrn: Good, we need this ship operational.
Pyrn: Ahpolki, I'd like to talk to you for moment. It's something important.
...
Ahpolki: Sure, Pyrn.
(Pryn and Ahpolki are leaving the Engine room, heading to Storage.
Pryn: Good, 'cause it's something REAL big.
(Later, when they enter the Storage area.)
Ahpolki: So what's the problem. Shortage of supplies? Cooling unit disablied? Infestation?
Pyrn: Worse. FAR Worse.
Ahpolki: Worse? Is the entire crew in danger?
???: No, but lives are at risk.
Ahpolki: *Spun around* WHO-?!
Ahpolki: *Actives wings* An intruder?!
Ahpolki: ?!
Pyrn: Calm down, he's on our side.
Ahpolki: .....
Ahpolki: *Deactives wings*
Ahpolki: But who is this being, commander?
???: Heheh. Funny you should ask.
???: I'm the one who warned you of Untwi's betrayal, remember?
Ahpolki: Untwi? Wait a second...
Ahpolki: Nebaq?! Is that you?! Since when were you a Toa?!
Nebaq: *chuckles* It's a LONG tale, my friend.I suppose that I have a lot of explaining to do.
(Nebaq then explained what happened over the past few weeks, form his transformation to a toa, to the creation of his Toa Team. He also explains about Diaon and Erab, huis employers. And Ahpolki's as well now.)
Ahpolki: So let me get this straight: A Turaga named "Gringat" died, and shortly after, a Toa of Protodermis called "Gallitor" died shortly after. And now you're saying that I have to save their universe?!
Nebaq: Along with many other beings, yes. I don't know the full details, but something's rising, Ahpolki. Something powerful and dangerous. You were handpicked by Diaon and Erab to assist certain groups of beings in defending that reality.
Ahpolki: With all due respect Nebaq, I have a ship to maintain. If this thing were to fail and crash down on us-
Pyrn: Ahpolki!
Pyrn: Don't worry about that. Tynaik and Trisna can handle that while you're gone. Besides, Diaon and Erab can travel through space AND time. It maybe be days in your journey, but you'll be send back at the very time you left once it's over. Even if you're late, your friends will be alright.
Ahpolki: But why me? Couldn't you handle this? You know these, "Diaon and Erab" after all.
Pyrn: We have more mechinacs on this ship, Ahpolki. But I'm the only capiten here. I need to look after the rest of the crew. I won't let anything happen to them.
Ahpolki: I... I-i trust you, commander.
Ahpolki: Alright, I'm in. When do we depart?
Nebaq: Right about-
Nebaq: -now.
Ahpolki: *Gets teleported by Diaon and Erab.* *Voice only* WWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pyrn: *Chuckles* Just like when I first joined.

He used to live on Sphereus Magna, but he joined the crew of the Nui Voya, which is actully a spaceship, So he's kinda an astronaut, and he serves as one of the mechinacs on board. Diaon and Erab are now sending him to your universe/timeline (Realm of Tragdey). |
