Svarun Sentinel "Poljevik" tank and Batros Hellbender heavy assault mech
Back from LEGOland Deutchland, with more bricks than ever before (half more ), the loot could only be better with travises, electricities and flames. OK, so I started out with the tank and thought, "Why not make a mech to compliment it? And while I'm at it, I could make some cool minifigs and a cannon." I hope you like what I did with 250 euro (much, MUCH LEGO still waiting to be used)!
About this creation

Starting off with Poljevik (polyevik, but this is the last time I'm reminding you of j=y) Svarun Sentinel heavy tank

This one's the clean build. Note the chessboard lime/DBG colour detail. I love that so much! Armed with a powerful plasma cannon.

Hellbender heavy assault mech, pride of the Batros ground armies (OK, so there are a few better, but this is the most used heavy mech).

Armed with a nuke battey and a heavy laser cannon. Cockpit design will most definetely be used later on a Batros starfighter.

Burning Hammer deployment plasma cannon

No, it's not a C-3PO using it, it's just a robot. Got a problem with that?!

Now, so I can can copy this to chat after chat in group after group:

1:
Meaning of life

Meaning can only be passed down form something that already has meaning. No meaning of life.

Or is there?! If life is impossible and we travel back in time (read below) to seed it with a reason, we make a time loop carrying meaning from us to ourselves.

2:
Existance of the perfect being (god, if you will)

My physics teacher rocks, with all those modern science theories he provides us, but he's wrong so many times... Luckiliy though, he is my question source (although he doesn't want to hear my space explaining theory untill I have positive grades at him (I'm not going to study that low physics!)).

So, back to the question. "If god was almighty, he could create a rock he couldn't lift, therefore making something he can't do."

I'm doing this one quickly, again.

God makes universe and makes logic.

Some numbers now: a new imaginary number, 0.00...001. Let's call it v.
A given god has a v% chance to exist, because we can't understand the possibility of it existing. A god existing has equal percentage of possibility as none, 50%. Any other theory (other than this one, that is) has the maximum of 50+v% chance (god that makes world exactly as science would show it, the "atheist god") of being right, while this one has 100% correctness.

3:
Explanation of the universe.

Ahh, the holy grail of my theories and the greatest possible achievement in philosophy.

Let's start with the whole thing.
Universe, endless or not, is always surrounded by nothing (diemensional space by non-diemensional space). Nothing can exist in nothing, so how can space exist?
Well, there is one thing that can exist in non-diemensional space, a point, a location, the only location of nothing.
So waht is the content of the universe? It's a shape, the condition to exist, wich leads us to two next answers.
The smallest particle should be simply a location, equal to our little point we like to call the universe. The relations of the particles creates everything we see.
These particles move in more than just the diemensions we know, they have a minimum (but still quite large) amount of diemensions, one for each (or more) property.

The universe is a multi-diemensional (at least eleven) shape, creatrd by locations, whose structure is equal to the shape of space.

4:
Time travel

Annoying thing, as far as I could come, you need inteligent beings that use time as a diemension of space (or something). Tell them where you want to go and they take you. Or make the ultimate infinity vector. Wich is impossible.

Any questions? I would enjoy solving more eternal mysteries (time will come next time).

Svarun Sentinel backstory

A great scientist in (just. Very unexpected.) billions of years in the future has discovered that there is not much time left of existance, with so much yet to create, with so much to do, a search for the time entity begins. After thousands of years, a contact is made. A mass of palnets for resources with the greatest fleet to ever (very paradoxal) be is sent back to the begining of the universe to continiue science and art. Slavic mythology is chosen as inspiration, of two reasons; the myth of creation, wich also inspired my full MOCpages name, Deus Otiosus and because of my roots.

There is much more to add to the story, but that will be done in a comic, that will be made when I make my SHIP.

Of course you can associate it with the discussion- I did not explain myself properly because I thought it's obvious. You see, recursion is not a purely mathematical idea, it's like two mirrors in front of each other. http://www2.norwalk-city.k12.oh.us/wordpress/precalc/files/2009/05/mona-lisa-jmc.jpg Life, in nature, has the sole purpose of creating more life and keeping itself stable. Therefore, it is recursive. And you can associate science with EVERYTHING, it makes debates easier; when doing analogies to math, it is easier to make counterarguments and reason rationally. I can give an example if you want.

That's actually a nice argument (I, too, have though about it)- you cannot disprove god using logic since god is, by definition, above logic. It's not exactly the same argument, but it's very similar. Anyway, I deduced something- the meaning of life is recursive.

Also, Jesus walked the earth and preformed miracles in the name of God. Even science can prove that Jesus did walk the earth and changed it drastically. To add to that (Thanks AA) God is above all logic so no theory can be used to prove or disprove him except Jesus who was living proof.

Speed or velocity?

  July 8, 2011
I agree that to travel through time you have yo go faster than light speed which at the time is physically impossiblefor humans. You also couldn'y go back in time because you can't go at negative speeds. Also on a seperate note regarding teleportation, the soundless teleportation shown in movies is impossible because if you suddenly dissapear, all th air will rush to fill your space creating a bang similar to that of thunder. And while science is being developed that allows objects to be broken down into energy, it is unkown how to harness, direct, and reverse this yet. On another seperate note, great job on the moc!

1. Something interesting about life and its meaning: http://abstrusegoose.com/291 "Life is what happens to us while we are making other plans." 2. Why does "A god existing has equal percentage of possibility as non"? 3. Your third subject just defines the universe as a multi-dimensional coordinate system, nothing new.
Quoting Deus Otiosus The smallest particle should be simply a location, equal to our little point we like to call the universe.
What? What do you mean "equal to our little point"? Equal in what sense? Are you saying that the smallest particle is our whole universe? 4.

I found a discussion about it: http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=472378 Anyway, a friend of mine have thought of an interesting model for multi-dimensional space, it makes you understand that there aren't many differences between spatial dimensions and time dimensions. Quoting the awesome one joe you can travel thru time if you go fast inuf east or west at a speed faster than earths rotational speed (lapping the earth in less than a second)with out burning up.
Nope, and if you think of light speed, that has no need for relativity to Earth. And even that can't work, because once you reach a point in speed, time starts slowing down so fast that relative to others you get slower and slower, but never really reach point zero, let alone go back in time.

I just got finished reading your homepage, and I see that you think very highly of yourself; you claim to know many truths about the universe that no one else has discovered. Also, you seem very confident in your ability to judge "lesser" people's MOCs. Thus, I've come to conclude that you are so dead-set in your beliefs that anything I say you won't believe, no matter how many Scientific Laws I reference to disassemble your "theories". #2 about the almighty creator; i m with those who think that it s beyond our comprehension, we re like figs in Cybercity, the big picture is too grand!...even if someday you get to understand, it will only reveal your tiny role in all of this! now, your real interest in this should be... can i make myself closer to him? will i perceive the help he gives me? is the way i m shown, what i really wanted? is it really what i should do? as getting closer to the creator, should give you more power... and power is a responsability, but, power also corrupts! just some thoughts!

When refering to god I have one littlem explanation for your perception: If you throw a coin there are two (ignoring that it would fall on the edge) options. Well, what if we can't understand the third, or infinityeth side?
Quoting Thoy Bradley humans are illogical? relationships are illogical? logically explain relationships?
It's actually just a simple xnegative logical operation, it's nearly impossible to tell how many hidden facts and lies are in every moment. That is as far as I know of relationships.

Alright as first thing I'll say: This is awesome! I have to disagree with Cody. You said the tank looks plain, without any angles, curves, greebles etc. Have you seen an awesome angle in front of the tank? By the way Svarun Sentiel faction stuff is not supposed to look apocalyptic but more like fast and aerodinamic, about the curves, I think most of tanks don't have curves so this one is alright. Timminater is correct. Omnipotence does not relate to absolutely everything. It only relates to those specific characteristics of an omnipotent being. Look up Thomas Aquinas if you struggle to believe that God is Omnipotent. Eg. Neptune the God of the seas could do anything in his power in relation to the sea, but he still couldn't control air. God did choose to create an immovable object - its called a human. Its out of Gods character to force a Human into anything - therefore he is still omnipotent.

I like the design and overall greatness of bothe models. I have a theory that is somewhat off topic, though. If god is all powerful, he could create an unmovable object. The builds are good. I have a question. Assuming God did create the world, and did create logic - would this not infer that logic in its most ultimate form is out of human reach - as it was created by a God? All your theories, are based on human logic, whos to say God acts in a logical manner at all? Think of the average human. We can understand logical theorem (mostly) - but yet when it comes to relationships we flounder many a time over - does this mean that humans are illogical? Or does it mean relationships are illogical? And if yes to the second one - how does your theory logically explain relationships? ;) Food for thought my friend. I believe in God, understanding that we are never going to understand everything - is the beginning of understanding. ~Thoy

Nice collection of builds. A few words of criticism: one, your tank is, while very clean, also somewhat boring. More angles, curves even, and greebles could spice it up. Your mech is great, but the legs' structural integrity is somewhat lacking. Brian K's joint design, or something similar to it, should fix that problem. Lastly, your cannon's barrel is too big for its base. Beef up the base if anything, the barrel is good.
