For FBTB's hybridfighter contest! This is hybrid between Y-wing and TIE Interceptor. This was a quick and fun build! I hope you find this starfighter funny.. :)

I am absolutely in love with the techniques you used for the TIE interceptor wing! There is so much detail!!! The Y-Wing sections are really cool too. Love this!

Woah, I haven't seen one of the 'uglies' in a long time! (I think that's what FBTB used to call them, no offense ment!) Very nice work on giving it a rough and salvaged look, that is pretty hard to pull off. The single Interceptor wing really makes the mode. Great work, man!

The Fusion of the two fighters is perfectly done. Not a beauty, but the engine inside the pod section of the tie is just brilliant. And I've never seen a more beautiful Y-Wing head than this one! ~Cheers

Quoting JS Can IMO the whole is not greater than the sum of the parts. Each individual section looks great but I don't know if it is the asymmetry or what, but I'm just not feeling it. It is very creative though.
I'm not feeling it either..It doesnt look like a mean starfighetr, it looks like it will fall apart any minute. That's why there is R2. To keep the parts together :D I just love asymetric designs, that's why I've chose this combo. Thanks! :)
