Okay, so I have to admit that the above photo lies a little. Taking the photo from this angle produces an almost exact scale looking model...
Well, judge for yourselves;
After the DS-mania, I couldnt just show a SINGLE model, after all that suffering. So the small van had a "big" small sister;
This "meals-on-wheels" looks like it will serve anything, but I doubt crab-burgers are actually on the menu...
...and the chick working the bistro looks prettier than a certain Robert with boxy trousers. -Although my 6-year old daughter energetically disagrees!
Iīve tried to improve some aspects of the "nose", in order to capture as many of the charatesitic angles of the prototype as possible;
-Whether the new front is better or worse Iīll leave up to you guys to judge...
(Apart from the new nose, the grey van was completely rebuild (using lessons learned implemented in the white van) and the rear axle was moved even further back...)
Awesome color combo and a real lookalikeness. You didn't even have to spell out the name. It was visible from afar. But that front kind of bothers me a bit. The real van is actually really slopeish from the front to the back of the driver's cabin. Can't you do something similar with the hinges?
