Just to prove that anything really is possible in LDD, I present to you the AIP Guardian - Anything Is Possible Guardian.
About this creation
Well, for all you bionicle fans out there, I present the AIP. I really just wanted to see what I could do with the limited Bionicle parts on LDD, not using any Hero Factory parts (Admitadly I used 2 for thigh guards, but they just fitted so perfectly!

Here is the back of this guy.
Come on, I had to use that shield SOMEWHERE in this bad boy. I have no particular idea why I used those cylinders on his back. Fuel I guess

Here are the hands. I must admit, I'm very pleased with myslef on these. I used the same sort of design on my personal Bionicle Moc (which I may upload soon), and they work quite well. Yes, those are rocket launchers on his arms. What kind of omnipotent being wouldn't go into battle without rist rocket launchers?
EDIT: Just forgot t o put this. All credit for the hands goes to Zork.

Legs. I just took the foot design from Rotor :P . Pretty pleased how the legs turned out, using the style that the last Toa of Light version had (you know, big white guy with too long spear and not-so-gold mask :/)

Finally, a close up of the torse. The Hero Factory torso was the best piece for the job. Now I know I said I tryed not to use any Hero parts, but in the words of Bart Simpson; "I can't promise I'll try, but I'll try to try."
Well, I hope this breathes a new light (or, I guess, breath) on Bionicle building on LDD. See the file below for a closer look! And to those wanting to know how I got those bricks + colours, its LDD Extended.

Hey, i need Help with an LDD Bionicle project, can i have your e-mail adress so we can colaborate directly? ...I shouldn't be asking that Except that i dont IM, Skype, or use facebook twitter or myspace. .....Uhh, Anyhow, My project is much smaller than this one, but all i need is some basic structure for a custom torso.
Look on the topic in EM for the Minecraft server, my email is there. Note that I rately check it. |
