Squad 1 is a 2011 Pierce Dash CF. When the Dash CF first came out, we placed an order with Pierce for this unit. Now, two months later, our new Squad Engine has arrived! It features a 1500 GPM shaft-driven PUC pump, 500 gallon tank, two crosslays, fully compartmented rescue engine body, 10" raised roof, a Federal Signal PA300 siren, and a Federal Signal Q siren. Squad 1 is ALS equipped, and runs as a part of the Suicide Prevention and Intervention Task Force when needed. The name comes from my mind.
After the Dash CF came out, I saw something I liked and I started designing. The theme of this truck is definitely SNOT. There is a lot of SNOT on the truck. Two months after it came out, I received the package with my parts. My goal was not to build the first Dash CF, but to build the most detailed. I believe I have accomplished that goal. The truck actually does have a raised roof, Dash CF grille, and custom PUC pump and pump panel. Every part on this truck is from my own brain, and not from any other truck. I am very proud of that. Let me know what you think! Now I am not a fan of Pierce trying to bank on the popularity of the Mack CF. However, the Dash CF still is a cool truck. I will be going to see it in real life when it visits Minuteman Trucks this June.
Squad 1 marks my one-year anniversary in the fire community. Looking back, there have been some rocky points, but in the end they are overshadowed by the friends I have made and the great people in the community. God bless and stay safe Brothers!

Nice job. The front grill is very unique - unlike any that I have seen on MOC Pages or Brickshelf. I still have a grudge against the evil empire of Pierce trying to rip off the CF name from Mack. But that I aside, I appreciate creativity when I see it and you show a lot of it with this truck.
