I swear I should work for Lego. This is part one of my Hogwarts castle I am building. I started with the The Great Hall. I wish the candles looked like the were floating... sure fishing wire will work for that, but I tend to steer clear of none lego devices to create my illusions. If it can't be lego, I won't use it generally.
Very nice build!! You were really clever in making this! Also, the pictures are very high quality, thank you for that. Alot of these lazier MOCers don't even care! Oh, and I think you did about as good a job as possible on the floating candles, much cleverer than just a flame on a clear rod. :) 5/5!
I'm really impressed. Love the stained glass windows. It also reminds of the Rohan hall from the Two Towers LOTR film, which is no bad thing. Can't wait to see your entire Hogwarts! (I turned mine into a train station)
