Paris France Cafe Modular Latin Quarter building
Bonjour! This is the first modular compilation by Nick and I. The inspiration for this was a typical Latin Quarter, Parisian building. Although a majority of those are 7 stories, 7 wouldn't look right next to the other modulars we have (and I just couldn't talk Nick into it). The bottom level is a cafe, while the second are the offices of an R. Guggenheim (he is probably a psychologist). The third and fourth levels consist of 3 different apartments.
About this creation

The Painter is finishing up a portrait of the Eiffel Tower (I wonder if that is the view from his balcony?)

Bon Appetit!

Quoting Brickzilla !!! Awesome dude! I love the awning and the painter is a nice touch.
You are right when you say that the minifigs are important for bringing a moc to life, and the painter is fun, but the annoying mime is my favorite!

This modular building is very nice. I love crepes and LEGO tan round plates do the job very well. My suggestion: chairs should have been a little higher. Anyway good job, bravo!
