Queen Mary 2
A micro-scale model of the Queen Mary 2.
About this creation
At 18 studs length, this micro-scale model of the famous cruise ship is slightly larger than 1:2500 scale. In other words, it is as large as a mini-figure scale model in a mini-figure scale world.

The model is mainly build of plates, reinforced by a 16x1-brick in the center of the hull. Half-stud features were used where possible. You can see the red life boats at both sides, the bridge, the chimney, and at least hints at the technical equipment on the top deck. At 3 studs wide, it is possible indicate the pointed shape of the bow even at this scale. The model uses a total of 85 pieces, no special parts.

A view of the stern:

The design is based on the public deck plans by Cunard. Well, at least on the nice isometric view of the vessel. This is a little small to talk about decks...

Great job in getting a lot of detail into such a small MOC. If you get a chance you should look at my creations.
