I Choose You! Episode 2 (A Pokemon CYOA)
Previously on I Choose You!, our four heroes were introduced and began their journey. At their first stop, however, something went terribly wrong...
About this creation
The dialogue is beneath its corresponding picture.

Jaeger: Ughh, what happened?
Leon: Wha- ooh, my head...

Caleb: Is everyone alright? What happened?
D: I'm fine, except for this bump on my head... Wait, where's Rhyhorn?
Caleb: Charmander's missing too!
Jaeger: Well, we didn't slip on the steps, that's for sure.
Leon: Are you saying we were mugged?
Jaeger: The question isn't whether or not we were mugged, but what we are going to do about it.

Jaeger: Here's our first clue to finding the crook.
D: When we do, I'll get Rhyhorn back and we're going to teach him a lesson he won't forget!

Jaeger: "Closed for repairs". That sign wasn't there before we were knocked out.
Leon: I guess they took it easy when they clubbed you, I can barely stand up straight.
Jaeger: Whatever. Let's go to the PokeMart to analyze our options.

Timid townspeople lock their doors as the four trainers walk by.

Caleb: Kind of a jumpy place, huh?
D: They know more than we do, or they wouldn't be so afraid.
Caleb: Asking some of these people might be a good way to get some answers.
Leon: If they don't pretend they aren't home, that is.

Caleb: Finally, the PokeMart.

PokeMart music plays.

Leon: We aren't going to get anywhere without asking around town to see if anyone has heard or seen anything suspicious.

Jaeger: Even if they have seen something suspicious, we can't do anything about it unless we have some new Pokemon to help us.

D: You two haven't come up with the third option: just let it go and go home. We're just four kids, nobody is going to take us seriously. And there's no room for weakness if you're going to tag along with me.

Caleb: What? Only four PokeBalls?! That's only one each!

Now, folks, is the time when choices are made. Deus, Callan, Stormbringer, and Leon, are you ready? Your first and only Pokemon was stolen, and you need to do something about it. You can either:
A) Head into Viridian Forest to try to capture a Pokemon
B) Head down to the coast of Pallet Town to try to capture a Pokemon
C) Ask around town to see if anything is out of the ordinary
D) Take the road back home

The choice is yours!

Nice. I actually prefer Haunter to Gengar, I'm not sure why. Just scarier looking I suppose.

Bulbasaur. He's number one, subjectively and numerically.

Okay, a Squirtle if possible(don't stress yourself) but that's not practical. A Tentacool would be nice, or maybe a Magikarp for comedy purposes. Maybe Shelder too. I have listed in order of which I want most to which I want least. Thanks man!

Aw, everyone's going to A and I'm going to B alone? This better be worth it... :P Hope the next one comes out soon! :D

Quoting Shawn Purkis It astounds me how reminiscent of the old Gameboy games these builds are.
I try to go for a basic, repetitive style build, with just enough detail to appease those who don't appreciate the Gameboy resemblance. Thanks for noticing!

I'll go with A. Viridian forest has some goodies. Maybe even a Pikachu could show up (if you were playing Yellow version).

Nice going!:D Let them split up, two to the coast the others into the woods. Afterwards they can ask the citizens. It would be a shame if one would loose a Charmander.

I choose B you will catch a tentacool for sure but if its a magikarp you can raise it to a gyarados

A, because there would be a LOT of sissy Pokemon at Pallet Town. Like Magikarp. And Squirtle. Goldeen, Feebas, Krabby, Totodile, Mudkip, Piplup, and Oshawatt. Sure, they are good Pokemon, but it's most likely they'll all be level ONE.

Hm, this is a hard choice. B sounds good, but we'll probably just end up with a bunch of Magikarp. Hm... um... I choose A

I'll choose B, because I need a water type Pokemon for when I get to Brock! And if Charmander is used against me, I could just take him out and take him back!! Awesome episode, can't wait for the next one and the other decisions! :D

Well, it will definetely be A. I just hope taht random viewers don't start making chioces. Because that would be just embarasing.
