PNR owns 2 EMD SD50's. The EMD SD50 was produced between Nov 1984 - May 1985. A total of 421 of the 3500bhp units (later 3600bhp) were built, on a 71 foot, 2 inch chassis. PNR's 2 units are using in coal drags mostly, usually coupled with an SD40-2 or SD45.
