**NOTES**
Two trucks from one? I thought it impossible, but this proved me wrong! Don't know how I did it, and don't really care! I based this off of FDNY's old R-1 (the one after the HME but before the Pierce), that rig had class! I'm impressed with the accuracy of the rear. On the front bumper, the black "winch" is actually a painted wooden dowel. I don't cut parts unless they're brand-new. As always, leave feedback if you like it or on what I can improve! I also recycled the stickers, as they were in re-usable condition.

**UPDATED 1 JUNE 2011**
New grille design and lighting. Some new lettering, and other details. I added some more equipment as well. Tell me what you think now that the grille looks like an E-One! The old version can be seen below.

I think that the grill you have on your Dash CF, would look good on this... Just my opinion. If you need help let me know. I have thousands of different grilles on file. Nate

Quoting Phil N I suggest that if you wanna see an E-One then check out mine, it is a walk-in rescue. That front on your rig would be perfect.
Phil, I appreciate your offer, but a 2-wide grille was not the look I wanted to achieve. The older Cyclones have much wider grilles, as seen on FDNY's E-One rescues. I just finished a new grille design, and I think it will look much more like an E-One.

Anytime, James! And in regards to the rigging, I didn't realize that it was a rigging for the boat and stuff. In that case, right there is a perfect place for it. Can't wait to see the new lights and stuff on it! Keep up the great work!

Quoting Zak Overmyer I heard my name! Looks like it my time to shine... MORE LIGHTS JAMES! Anyways...The truck overall has some nice features to it. The things I thought have already been said, but I shall repeat them in my own words...The amount of white looks too much...Maybe if you continued the red to above the compartments and had above that be white? That might look better. The cab looks nice, but not as an E-One. When I first saw it, I thought it was an American La-Junk. IT could also pass for a Ferrara. The lack of lighting saddens me. Deeply. Not saying that this truck is bad, but it could use some work. The boat, crane, pole lights, etc. are very nice touches. Keep those if you re-work this thing. Maybe move the crane thing though. Usually they would be on the rear or top of the apparatus. The bumper looks phenomenal. That winch looks cool (even if it isn't a Lego piece). Needs Air Horns on the bumper though! I would love to see this truck re-worked, but as of now, it looks good. Keep up the great work!
Zak, I'm glad you like it! I have some lights and light holders on order, as well as some new compartment doors. When I upgrade it, I will change the grille as well. I'm trying to figure out a better way to capture the E-One grille look. I will keep the boom where it is for a couple reasons. The main purpose of the boom is not to act as a crane, but as a rigging boom that could act as a hoist point during technical rescues. You'll soon see what I mean. Thanks for the constructive criticism!

Quoting Blazing Lights Awesome! You're trucks are looking sweet these days! One thing I would change is the amount of perimeter warning lighting. Where did the inspiration for the side mounted crane come from? Nate
Well, the lift boom was actually added after the truck was built. I wanted to have a Rescue with basic tech rescue abilities that could operate without Rescue 2. It took a couple tries to get it to fit right, and the winch was actually never planned, but I think it worked out well!

Quoting Paulo Rodriguez I like E-ones since its the only fire trucks in Puerto Rico other than Internationals/Pierce, but i find the the amount of white is way to much, not to be all picky and stuff James but i think some red doors would help this beast out but, I know how hard it is to find those especially at good price :), but like i said nice truck.-Paulo R.
Another very good point! I may end up buying some new doors and painting them. I'm not sure what I'll do, but I do agree.

Quoting Will McDine I Like this truck James! I also like how I am not the only one who has 4 of the new haz-mat suits. However Not to be a Pain but for some reason when I first saw this it screamed Ferrara To me instead of E-One. I think the main reason is the grill. E-One's Tipically have Grills that are more slender. Ferrara's have the Big Wide Grill's. Other then my own belif's. Very Very Nice Job.
I agree with you there, Will. I had some trouble with the grille design, and it still bugs me. I really wanted something that looked like the actual grille, but I didn't have the parts. I'm still experimenting with it, so it might be changed soon. It's the only thing that bugs me too.

Great job! As soon as I looked at it I could tell you had based it of FDNY's E-One rescues. Keep it up!
