I'm back in business with larger scale. I'm quite proud of this creation, which is a new form to my selfmoc Monarth. I loved using new parts I got from my new Mistika sets. I'm also trying new background, which seems to work quite well. Anyway, this is another thing relating to the Elemental Universe. Enjoy.

The Black Souls are the strangest form of Draken ever known, appearing only in the old legends. They are considered demons as they are huge and it is said that the prescence of a Black Soul disturbs the surrounding nature, turning waters hot or ice cold, creating electric shocks coming off the ground, shaking ground, levitating rocks and even forming rainless thunderstorms.
Their prescence also appears to awaken strange elemental spirits of their own element for short periods, thus the title Ghost Vessel. It appears that the spirits follow the Black Soul loyally, though the control of the spirits' existence is rarely in control of the Black Soul, as the spirits disappear in short time.
According to legends, Black Souls cannot be destroyed completely. Even if the body is destroyed, the spirit moves on to a new Draken, which hopefully will be someday a worthy carrier of the Black Soul's power.
The title of Black Soul comes from the nature of these creatures. Even that they are considered evil, the true nature of the Black Souls is similar to their original form's character. The fact is that the original emotions are much stronger in this larger form, turning the Black Souls impulsive, also protective and distant, as their great power can interest many.
The Black Souls also are known as Dark Wanderers. Legends tell how they once walked across the lands, seeming to never stop and avoiding their own kind. They probably knew themselves that meeting one of their own kind could be devastating disturbance to the nature.
The myths tell that there are 5 Black Souls in existence. Each of them represent one of the elements forming worlds: earth, water, air, light and shadow. If all 5 Black Souls meet, something big will happen, though what, there's only myths. Some say it opens a gate to a new world, others that it begins a time of darkness. Some say the gate leads to a universal element storage. And the most disbelieved myth is that it begins a time of peace...
Being dangerous or not, the Black Souls appear to be necessary to the Elemental Universe. The Draken elderly keep wondering why...
Monarth is the bearer of the spirit of the Black Soul of Shadow. His remarkable skills with shadow will bring him to this form one day...
The strange weapon on his shoulders shoots dark blasts, which form shadow crystals, when hitting the ground. The crystals appear to emit those elemental spirits in a stronger pace and the spirits also last longer in existence.

I originally planned it to be a hunchback, but my torso design went to other direction. On that part the Krika pieces didn't really fit the original plan, but went in anyway. I do see a chance that I might update this one later time.
O.O I think I'm just gonna stick with building the original :P Anyway, epic stuff! I really like that torso and leg design! Great work on such a large MOC! This is very good!
I don't see the krika bits fitting either, but maybe those quaza stones from the 3.0 series would be a nice addition instead once they're available. You did really well on this guy :)

Awesome MOC. The build is very good, and I'm diggin' those legs. I think the Krika bits don't match it very well, an the pictures are a little too whitened, but its a darn good creation anyway.
